I do both, people take a shower before they go to bed so they dont have to in the mourning but do you no how dirty you get in the night and then your hairs nappy in the mourning. so thats why I do both |

The difference between taking a bath in the morning and evening is simple.
During your sleep process your body brushes off dead skin particles. This is why you have that morning scratch here or there. A morning shower lets those remaining particles wash off.
A evening shower removes all the dirt, oil, and outside particles from your body including hair. The more you leave oil, dirt, and especially outside particles on your body; your most likely to get bacteria build up on your body which can cause some serious health issues. |

Well, according to my theory, bathing in the morning makes you feel refreshed and ready for work / school or whatever else; bathing in the evening helps get you ready for sleep, sometimes making you feel sleep. |

The difference is that you will get dirty earlier in the day if you bathe in the evening. |

A bath in the evening can be relaxing, and a shower in the morning can be invigorating. Try a bath every other day and save the earth's water and do your skin a favor too. |

Firstly ... In fairness to Phantom Rose .. who wrote bath every other day ... SHE IS CORRECT ... we don't REALLY need to bath everyday and it would be better for our skin IF we didn't .. and IT would be much better for the environment... and conserving water....
However .. having said that .. I admit I bath daily .. I will always have a shower in the morning and sometimes a bath in the evening. The reasons why I do so is because .. in my work I do a lot of lifting and bending .. and If I don't have a hot bath at the end of a particularily heavy day, I suffer from muscle soreness the next day and that inhibits the way I do my job.
The reason why I will still shower in the morning is because for most of my adult life ( starting as an elder teen ) I have suffered from night sweats .. it also helps me wake up and to start functioning.... |
