use the clips what you put on your nose when you go swiming with your nose closed off with the clips you have to learn to breath through your mouth after a while you will start to breath through your mouth automaticaly

It is the case in which your tongue goes back to your trachea and falls on it and plugs it. That's why it makes you snores;

you can try to lie on your shoulders, I mean don't lie on your back.

And you can go to a docto to get more info.

don't go to sleep

go to Asda or somewhere and buy a huge xxxl tea shirt with a pocket sew in a rugby ball into the pocket and wear it back to front....get a pair of football socks and put two pool balls into it and then give that to your partner if the rugby ball fails tell her to hit you in the nose with the sock.....however be aware either of these might not work, good news is the partner will get one good night sleep while you are up sewing. lol!

several options:
=Move him and change to lying on his side.
=Use ear plugs
=Sleep in another room
= Move to another house without partner and sleep there
= = See a doctor, might have some cure , such as to help loss weight , if obese.

Breath rite strips. Elevate head of bed 8 inches. Sleep on side.

no but when u get one e-mail it 2 me please

Make him sleep on the couch!
