Something that I have done with my children, was done to me, etc is what is called the BRAT diet...They are fairly easy to digest and likely to stay down...
B- bananas
R- rice (plain whilte is best)
A- apples
T- toast and tea |

NO, not apple sauce, for an upset stomach have
clear fluids & drinks such as warm chicken broth , popsicles, and jello. Then try eating bland foods once you feel better, like
toast,pretzels,crackers,bananas, and plain noodles.

Try eating some crackers, that will settle in your stomach, and try to drink some water with it. It will make you feel better. I hope you get better. Good Luck!! |

homemade chicken soup, call your mother right now and tell ehr to make it for you, or you can just drink apple juice and eat the canned crappy soup |

You should try something dry and not so acidic.
Sorry, but the old staple of dry toast might be the best thing to try. Make some weak clear tea, or have some diluted clear fruit juice also. Eat that, and wait to see how you feel. If you're good after an hour or two, try eating something else. I'd hold off on dairy though, or anything greasy until you've had a vomit free 24 hours. Good Luck! |
