Are they still in? Seriously, I had this happen once, but they were already out without me realizing it.
Go to the eye doctor tho...taht's your best bet.

Traffic Jam
go to the eye doctor

thats scary

i had that same prob when i first got contacts. it took me 4 hours!!!!! 4 f#%$ hours! they pissed me off! ull get them out eventually. try puttin the soultion drops in ur eye then just pinchin ur eye and take them out. they will come out evntually! i promise

try putting solution into ur eye and then try grabbing the edges of the lenses and push them 2gether!!

moisturize them

Sounds like you fell asleep with them on...Do not try to force them out, you could permanently damage your eyes. Call your doctor and keep your eyes hydrated.

Removing The Lens

Always remove the same lens first.

1. Wash, rinse and dry your hands thoroughly.

CAUTION: Always be sure the lens is on the cornea before attempting to remove it. Determine this by covering the other eye. If vision is blurred, the lens is either on the white part of the eye or it is not on the eye at all. To locate the lens, inspect the upper area of the eye by looking down into a mirror while pulling the upper lid up. Then, inspect the lower area by pulling the lower lid down.

2. There are two recommended methods of lens removal: the Pinch Method and the Forefinger and Thumb Method. You should follow the method that was recommended by your eye care practitioner.

Pinch Method:

1. Look up, slide the lens to the lower part of the eye using the forefinger.
2. Gently pinch the lens between the thumb and forefinger.
3. Remove the lens.

Forefinger and Thumb Method:

1. Place your hand or towel under your eye to catch the lens.
2. Place your forefinger on the center of the upper lid and your thumb on the center of the lower lid.
3. Press in and force a blink. The lens should fall onto your hand or the towel.

Once the lens is removed, DISCARD the lens.

Note: The lens may come out but remain on the eyelid, finger or thumb.

4. Remove the other lens by following the same procedure.

5. # Follow the required lens care procedures described under the heading, "Caring for Your Lenses (Cleaning, Rinsing, Disinfecting, Storage and Rewetting/ Lubricating)".

eyedrops. or try to make yourself tear by yawning. I experienced this before. Don't do anything too drastic. May scratch your cornea

So Sick Nick
This happens to me all the time, use some eye solution to get some moisture in your eyes, or just some water, then close your eyes and massage your eye lids intil you fell them sliding around. Then all you gotta do is work them into the corner of your eyes and they should drop rite out.

take the bottle of saline solution or the bottle of cleaner ( for the contacts) and pour it into your eyes move your eyes in a clockwise fashion then blink a bunch etc.

Did your contact lens dry up on your eye? If so, just use your wetting eye drop and let it soak (on your eye) for few seconds. It should slide quite easily. Whatever you do, don't force it.

You need to describe why you can't take it off.... I can only assume it stuck because of lack of wetness.

I just wrote these instructions on how to do it:

1.) with your dominant hand (normally the one you write with) take your middle finger and pull your lower lid down
2.) with your other middle finger (the one that you are not using) over your head pull your top lid (along with your eyelashes) against your eye-brow bone and keep it held there firmly (this makes blinking harder which is a good thing)
3.) Still holding your lids, look straight ahead and place your index (pointing) finger over the dark part of your eye.. keep your finger pressed gently on your eye and look away (still holding your finger on the contact) and pull the contact to the white area of your eye once you look away.
Ex: if you are taking your right one out, look to your left and pull the contact to the right (which is where the white area of your eye should show if you look left) and do the opposite for the left contact look to your right and pull the contact to the left (which is where the white area of your eye should show if you look right).
4.) Still holding your lids, once you have the contact to the white area make a small "pincher" with your index finger and thumb gently pinch the contact against your eye and pull out.

That's about it!

Hope this helps..
