Is my blood pressure too low?
I was wondering if my blood pressure is something to be worried about. I have been taking it for the past week or so and it has been ranging from around 86/44 to 92/58. I am sometimes dizzy and lightheaded when standing (I have sort of 'blacked out' for a second and had to grab the wall. That was a while ago, though). I also have sort of poor circulation (cold feet and hands). Is this something to worry about and ask my doctor or is it something normal?

to me its abit low but if its like this all the time then its fine but why are you asking someone that isn't doctor i mean hey it takes a bit of time to ask a real doctor and they can tell you and then you will know what is what and if you are really ok. we're just part of the problem sometimes. you can't just listen to people about health.

Yes it seem to be a bit low, the Standard is 120/80. try to get more calcium and fiber into your diet. this should help. if you a a small person and you are always cold get more iron into your diet as well.

It is amazing your brain works while standing up. You have issues, go to the hospital.

Yes, that is very low. Especially the diastolic. You should see a health care provider ASAP!

You should have your thyroid function checked.

Minimum systolic blood pressure = 90 mmHg.
Minimum diastolic blood pressure = 60 mmHg.
Most normal blood pressures fall in the range of 90/60 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) to 130/80 mm Hg. But a significant drop, even as little as 20 mm Hg, can cause problems for some people.
Consult your doctor.

the fact that you get dizzy for no reason means it's too low. something could definitely be wrong

YES, TOO LOW AS YOU ARE SYMPTOMATIC!!!
Go to your doctor to adjust your meds if you are taking any for high blood pressure or heart disease; or to determine why your pressure is so low. Are you bleeding somewhere, dehydrated? This may even deserve a trip to the ER!!
