Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. If you play a sport and you are muscular you are probably not fat.....just muscular. Which is a great thing. Also, if your weight is distributed evenly over your body you may actually look thinner than someone who carries their weight on the bottom.
So, don't beat yourself up over this. I'm not sure if u are male or female and that has a lot to do with it too. |

Not necissarily. U could have a lot of muscle. a lot of people think that u have to be ripped, and have good definition to be skinny. In all reality being at about 12% bodyfat is a very good size if u dont workout and are not an athlete. and besides u could be jacked and defined at 5'3" and wheigh 170 pounds and not be fat. We really need a pic too be able to tell. But dont listen to the ignorant people who are saying ur fat when they dont have the right information. If anything, ask ur doctor they'll be able to measure ur bodyfat percentage and determine whether ur fat or not.
ps. my brother in law is 5'5" and wheighs 195. 6% bodyfat so all these idiots calling u fat r speaking out of pure ignorance. |

Hey, I'm going to give you the honest truth. You are overweight, not to the point where you'd have a hard time helping yourself. Diet and exercise can change everything for you. When you got the movies, sneak a snack in your pockets/purse and eat that instead of what the movies serve. You're headed into the American world of obesity, which is "normal" nowadays. I highly suggest changing your lifestyle for the better, no going to eating disorders just lower your calorie intake to 1500 a day and your fat intake to 34 grams a day.
I also recommend exercising for an hour each day in order to take care of any extra fat that's difficult to lose. You next weight target 130 in a year. |

I would say over the weight of health and comfort. But are u male or female, heavy boned or light, muscle bound or fatty tissue? It all makes a difference on how overweight you are! But you certainly would not have difficulty loosing it. Just eat regular meals (if you don't eat regularly your body stores fat and converts muscle to fat because it thinks hard times are coming) and 30 (strenuous) to 60 (mild) minutes endurance walking a day should burn off quite a bit of that. |

Ok, obviously your concerned with what others think about you. I think the best person to answer this question is yourself. Whether you are fat or chubby or skinny is strictly by opinion, and the only opinion that really matters is yours. I believe a person can be beautiful no matter how much they weigh. Look at your self in the mirror and decide what you think, and if you are not happy with what you see, then make changes as you see fit. Don't ever let anyone else tell you how you should or shouldn't look. Just have some self confidence and you will be fine. Hope this helps you. |
