Additional Thoughts
I normally take 20 ml early in the morning and late at night mixed in 10 oz water and 4 tablespoons of Metamucil. I try to do this at least 2 hours before or after taking other medications - I don't know if that is sufficient?

Side Effects
Cannot take while I am at work, so in the evening I take approx. 3- 4 tablespoons all at once. Dr. said I could take up to 5 if needed. Takes about 2 hours to take effect. I do this about every other night. Causes a lot of gas, so I don't take this during work hours or if I have plans for the evening. Basically have to fit it in whenever I can.

Additional Thoughts
This is not a perfect medication by any means but it does make me feel better. I have tried Miralax and it does not work for me. Lactulose gets rid of my bloating.

Additional Thoughts
This medicine can also cause loss of concentration and dizzyness. It can make people act like their drunk, straight after taking it. My doctor always made me take this with Senokot. They don't even work. What a waste of free prescriptions. Fake meds.
