Choline Uses Choline is a dietary supplement used to treat high cholesterol, improve memory, and protect the liver. Other names for Choline include: CDP-choline, Citicoline, Phosphatidylcholine, Polyenylphosphatidylcholine (PPC), and Tetra-methylglycine.
