Side Effects I started having dizziness, then tingling in my arms, and then my heart started racing in my sleep. At first I took the full 30 ml once a day in the morning. Then that got to be too much at once so I then started taking it twice a day 15ml, then I went down to 15 ml once in the a.m. After two episodes of my heart racing, I quit chaste tree immediately. I have not experienced anymore heart racing.
Additional
Thoughts I believe it's an excellent herb, it really does help balance out your hormones, and now I am at a loss as to what to do. Since I am sensitive to black cohosh also. I am not able to take estrogen pills, so chaste tree did help me through the hard times.
