Isoprinosine Uses Isoprinosine is a nucleoside (one of the basic compounds comprising cells in the body). It is marketed as a drug in many nations (but not yet in the United States). It is used as an immune stimulator for cancer, herpes, and AIDS. Other names for Isoprinosine include: Isoprinosine Pranobex. How To Use Talk with your caregiver about how much Isoprinosine you should take. The amount depends on the strength of the medicine and the reason you are taking Isoprinosine. Side Effects Stop taking your medicine right away and talk to your doctor if you have any of the following side effects.
