Storage

Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light.

How To Use

This medication is for vaginal use only.
Fill the applicator provided with the medication.
Insert the applicator high into the vagina and press the plunger to release the medication.
Clean the applicator with warm soapy water and rinse well.
A detailed instruction sheet should be provided with the medication.
Review the instructions and be sure to ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions.
Use this medication as prescribed, usually once in the morning and in the evening.

Side Effects

This medication is usually well tolerated.
If you experience vaginal burning or itching, contact your doctor.
Notify your doctor if you develop a vaginal yeast infection while taking this medication.
If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

Tell your doctor if you have any pre-existing illness or allergies.
This medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy.
Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
It is not known if this medication appears in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

Drug Interactions

Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take.
Avoid the use of any vaginal douches while taking this medication unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
