This is NOT a yes or no question - only you can really answer this - it just depends on how you feel. Eat something if you feel up to it.
I would start with foods easy to digest like soup and if you manage that OK then work up to going back to your regular diet. |

something light is fine.
soup?
crackers. take it easy and see how your body feels when you eat a very small amount of food.
Have you tried milk, if you are not laxtosintolerent, milk settles the stomach and relieves [ocasionally] in digestion.
Hope you feel better! |

If you feel like you want to eat take it slowly.
Don't go to McDonald's or anything like that. |

Don't eat like you usually do though. Eat slowly, you wouldn't want to get sick again. |

Soft, bland foods would be the best. If you could make it on clear liquids that would be even better. I have Crohn's disease and Nausia and diarrehea is nothing foreign to me. So start on clear liquids and then go to soft bland foods. Hope you feel better |
