If you eat after 8:00 pm you will be burping up tree frogs and you will grow horns. Oh yes, it is very bad to eat after 8:00 pm.

Cardio consists of Swimming, Biking, and Running. This gets your heart rate up. Eating less than 5 hours before you sleep causes your body to conserve the food for storage known as fat

Cardio exercises generally refer to light exercises which involve more of fast body movements.......they increase the heart rate and increase cardiac output......they burn more calories and also due to the work done by the heart improve the conditioning of the heart by increasing the blood supply to the heart.

It is recommended that one should give a gap of at least 4 hrs before going to bed after eating.....during sleep most metabolism is slowed down and most of the absorbed food is used to build up fat.

Cardio is when you get your heart rate elevated above at rest beats per minute. Basically jogging, aerobics, or cycling are forms of cardio work outs. As for eating after 8:00 pm well no and yes. The idea is not to eat right before you go to bed.

Eating before bed: Why is it bad?

While no conclusive studies prove that eating before bed leads to weight gain, eating too much food, or eating spicy foods, fatty foods and caffeine one to three hours before bedtime can reduce the quality and length of your sleep, making you fatigued, sluggish and generally not fun to be around the next day. Eating fatty foods before bed will slow down the emptying of the stomach, exacerbating indigestion, while spicy foods can lead to heartburn and indigestion.

its better to eat before 8. cardio is working out by keeping ur heart rate up. try jogging or kickboxing.

Cardio is simply exercises that focus on the heart, and cardiovascular system. Things like jogging fall under cardio exercises. Its not bad to eat after 8:00 p.m, but your body's metabolism has slowed down so you won't burn your food as quickly. This will give the digestive system more time to absorb calories and fats, so if you're trying to lose weight you shouldn't eat very late.

It's one way to burn calories and help you lose weight.
It makes your heart strong so that it doesn't have to work as hard to pump blood.
It increases your lung capacity.
It helps reduce risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes.
It makes you feel good.
It helps you sleep better.
It helps reduce stress.
I could go on all day, but you get the point.

Start slowly. Find something you enjoy doing. Walking, swimming, bike riding, etc.

And don't eat after 8:00 pm

You would begin to gain weight slowly. But why most dieticians adivse that you don't eat after 8:00. Is because while you are at home your are less active. If you don't exercise and if you are just in the house chilling I would not recommend it.

Cardio is short for cardiovascular, and "doing cardio" means working out your cardio vascular system. Some good "cardio" excersizes include running, swimming, riding bikes, rowing, basically anything that gets your heart rate up.

Its Ok to eat a healthy snack after 8pm.

w/ cardio all u really need it to get to ur arget heart rate for and exended period of time. jogging is the best. i get my exercise at work, i work constucton. plus i have an extremely high meobolic rate. and no u shouldnt eat after 8 b/c that food just gets stored as fat b/c ur not buring ne calories while asleep.

Cardio is short for Cardiovascular which basic means if affects the Heart. Cadio exercise is anything that brings your heart rate up for an extended period.
To think that there is a set time when you must stop eating is just stupid. It is true that when you sleep your body does not digest food as quickly so if you eat alot and then go to sleep in THEROY you mag gain more for it you stayed away

Cardio means training on an ergometer, stepper, jogging etc.
I do some training on my ergometer about 3 times a week, it helps me keep my body in shape.
It is not true that you gain weight if you eat after 8pm. If you do not eat excessive calories, it does not make any difference at what time you eat.

Its best to stop eating at least 4 hours before you go to bed, usually after 6pm. Your body needs time to digest food, and if you eat right before you sleep, then you dont give your stomach time to digest.

Cardio is like running, fast paced walked, any heart pumping exercise. You want to alternate between exercises. Run or jog one day and do some weights or crunches, sit ups, push ups, the next. This is how we train in the military.

There is NOTHING magical about "8 pm"...do you gain weight if you accidently forget reset your clock during daylight savings time? What about people who work nights and sleep days?

It all comes down to calories in vs. calories burned. Period.

cardio is anything you do that keeps your heart rate elevated for more than 30 minutes. i.e. walking, running, jumproping, bike riding etc.
and it is not bad to eat after 8pm. but it is bad to eat right before you go to bed because your metoblism will slow down while you are sleeping and not burn off most of the calories as oppossed to being awake and moving around.

Cardio is running and stuff like that.
It is only bad if you eat past 8:00 if you dont get physical activity after that time.
