Take a dentist's help to diagnose your problem. Use only a soft brush. After brushing both times massage your gums with fingers. Use "Clo-hex Plus" available in drug store. Flossing should also help.

A very effective and safe treatment (no drug steroids) is a medication called Oralmat. It is presently available in quite a few western countries. It is a liquid in a 10ml bottle and has FDA approval. Just apply a few drops to your toothbrush 2 - 3 times daily & gently brush. It can then be swallowed (recommended) or spit it out - the same as brushing with toothpaste. The product actually has many other outstanding functions. Will definitely save / prevent gum disease. Can email me for more info if you need.

i know something that gum make strong and it is ice or water that is so cold when you drink it become the gum strong

food particles have got stuck between ur teeth and so u need office bleeching or home bleaching BY A DENTIST. PLZ GO AND SEE A DOCTOR TODAY.

I had the same problem, Bleeding & weak gums. Even dentist advised me to replace my front lower teeth as it was moving when I eat something due to weak gums. Then I was adviced by a friend to use Pepsodent G. It is very good for all gum problems. Pls. brush atleast 2 times a day for best results. It really worked for me. You may also try.

Gum disease is when you have germs that are working to destroy the gums and bone around your teeth. It all starts with plaque.

Plaque is a sticky film of saliva, food and germs. Plaque loves to settle in at the gum line. There, germs get busy making your gums red, tender, and likely to bleed.

The goal of daily tooth brushing and flossing is to clean away plaque. When plaque stays put, it hardens into tartar. Tartar builds up under the gum line. More plaque forms over the tartar. Only your dentist or dental hygienist (dental nurse) can get tartar off your teeth.

If plaque and tartar are not cleaned away, even Gentle brushing can cause your gums to bleed. This is called gingivitis. It is the first stage of gum disease. You can prevent gingivitis with:

daily good brushing and flossing habits
getting your teeth professionally cleaned at least twice a year at your dentist
If you ignore gingivitis, the gum disease gets worse. The more severe form of gum disease is called periodontitis. If untreated this can lead to you losing your teeth.

Plaque is the “bad guy” of gum disease. But things are not helped by your diabetes. This is because:

Diabetes can weaken your mouth's germ fighting powers
High blood glucose levels can make gum disease worse
Diabetes may cause damage to the blood vessels supplying your gums
If you have an infection from gum disease this can make your diabetes harder to control (usually causing your blood glucose levels to go up)

Warning signs of gum disease
Because gum disease is often painless, you may not know you have a problem until you have some serious damage. Regular check-ups at your dentist are your best weapon, but you can also help prevent it from happening by looking out for the early warning signs of gum disease. These are:

Bleeding gums when you brush or floss. Bleeding from your gums is not normal. Even if your gums don't hurt, get them checked
Red, swollen, or tender gums
Gums that have pulled away from your teeth. Part of the tooth's root may show, or your teeth may look longer
Pus between your teeth and gums (when you press on the gums)
Bad breath
Adult teeth that are loose or moving away from each other
Changes in the way your teeth fit when you bite
Changes in the fit of partial dentures or bridges
If you have any of the above, visit your dentist as soon as possible.

take repseed oil put in mouth and move in mouth every day you get best result

The bleeding is a sign that you need to floss more. Brush too.

Bleeding gums are a sure sign of gingivitis. You need to see a dentist for a good cleaning to remove the plaque under your gums. You then need to floss daily to maintain good dental health.

clean your teeth in the clinic(scaling and root planning ) to remove all the culculus which weaks your gum , take vitamine c , brush regularly, floss and rinse with chlorohexidine mouthwashers..

Bleeding gum tissue is an indication of gingivitis. This can be reversed if you see your dentist for treatment.

A professional cleaning to remove any built up calculus and tartar below the gum line leaving the root of the tooth smooth will allow reattachment of the tissue.

It will really depend on how long this has been going on and how advanced the gingivitis is, in regard to having more recession develop.

The next thing to do is to schedule an appointment with your dentist for treatment, so you and he can work together to get this under control before it advances into perio disease. In the meantime, after meals or at least twice a day, continue to floss, brush your teeth, cheek tissue and tongue with a soft tooth brush very gently and rinse with warm salt water. Good luck and I hope I've been of help.

its a sign of gingivites, its just the begginin , so dont wait till the bones get loose cauze then u cant reverse that, so if they bleed, an look a bit puffy an red, then u need to get them cleaned atleast 2 times a year by the dentist, after they are cleaned, make sure u do mouth wash, floss, an brush, at nite, an in the morning, and an hour after u just ate a meal, then ur really gettin the bacteria out, i had that, on in the front part of my teeth because when i was young i didnt brush welll, so now i have to get them cleaned, so instead of gettin the dentist clean my teeth one time a year, i have to go to 2 tiems a year, but im using an electric tooth brush which is improving my teeth, an it was periodentists, who made electric tooth brush which is who treats gingivitis, so it prevents the blleeding an the gum disease, so after cleanin , make sure u use electric tooth brush from now on
