The company 'Similisan" makes something called Pink-eye Drops. They are natural and inexpensive. Kmart or Walmart carries them. Also, take a wet washcloth and fold it in quarters. Put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Get it as hot as you can stand it. Put it on your eyelids with your eyes closed. Leave it there as long as you can or until it cools. The heating up of the eyeball will kill the bacteria that are obvoiusly thriving in your eye. You need to be meticulously clean right now. Change your pillowcase nightly and keep your hands clean and away from your eyes. Use a fresh washcloth each time you do this and do it 2 or 3 times a day. It will help...

There's not, pink eye is an infection, you need antibiotics. It's also very contagious and could cause blindness if left untreated.

Tear free baby soap. We have used it many times. Put it on a wet warm wash cloth and clean your eyes out SEVERAL times a day. At least 5 times. Especially before bed. After using the soapy washcloth rinse your eyes really well with warm water (try to open them while rinsing). Keep your hands clean and out of your eyes throughout the day. It should start to clear up in a couple of days. Also, the other person's suggestion for homeopathy will work if my trick does not...which it should. My children have all had "pink eye" and have never needed prescriptions to treat it. Good luck and God Bless.

Homeopathy :-
BELLADONNA 30 is a specific for Red eyes and protruding eye balls where there is too much eye pressure.Take it thrice a day half hour before meals and report back with your progress after three doses.EUPHRASIA also has Red Eyes and gushing acrid tears. But what you have written here BELLADONNA is more likely to be your remedy should cost less then $10 about 6 to 8 I would say US$ and you can find it at most herbal shops !
Take Care and God Bless !

CONJUNCTIVITIS - Pink Eye

Conjunctivitis is the inflammation of the delicate skin which covers the white of the eye underneath the eyelids (the medical term for this is the conjunctiva or the conjunctival membrane).

Symptoms
Some or all of the following symptoms may be present:

A gritty feeling in the eyes, just under the eyelids

Burning, itchy eyes that discharge heavy, sticky pus - eyelids may stick together upon waking in the morning as mucus has dried on the eyelashes and lids overnight

Excess tear production

Swollen lymph nodes

Redness
This condition usually clears up after a few days. Conjunctivitis can be highly contagious but it is not serious if detected and treated early.

Bacterial conjunctivitis ("pinkeye'), usually affects both eyes and produces a heavy discharge of mucus.

Allergic conjunctivitis produces tears, itching, and redness in the eyes, and sometimes an itchy, runny nose.

Causes
The most common cause of conjunctivitis is irritation to the eye from allergens such as dust mites, moulds, animal fur and chemicals such as pool chlorine. The eyes become irritated, causing the sufferer to rub the eyes, making them even more irritated!

Young children or babies may suffer from conjunctivitis following a cold or sore throat. Additionally, conjunctivitis commonly occurs in babies if the tear ducts are not fully developed or if the baby's eyes are exposed to bacteria during the birthing process.

Natural Therapies
Bathing the eyes with sterile saline solution is usually sufficient to keep the eyes clean and prevent the condition from spreading.

Adults may also find relief through taking golden seal and Eyebright in tablet or capsule form, although this is not suitable for small children except under professional supervision

Horseradish, Fenugreek and Garlic may relieve the congestion associated with allergic conjunctivitis

Important Notes
Consult your healthcare professional if

Your eyes become red when you wear contact lenses

The redness in your eye is affecting your vision

Your conjunctivitis recurs frequently or appears to be getting worse after a week of home treatment

Your new-born baby's eyes are inflamed and are not producing tears

Prevention
Bacterial and viral conjunctivitis are highly contagious. Unless you take preventive measures, the condition may spread to your other eye or to other people.

Practice good hygiene by washing your hands often and well, and keeping them away from the infected eye.

Avoid sharing bedding, towels, face washers or handkerchiefs with other family members.

Children with infectious conjunctivitis should be kept home from school.

Always use eye protection when cycling, swimming, or using industrial materials such as chemicals or powdered cement.

Keep your home clean and well-ventilated to reduce the build-up of dust mites and mould.

Hope this helps.

Prayer. You better have a lot of faith though, or try to find the money somehow.

THATS A GOOD QUESTION.

I would go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for recommendations. Also, when you get to the pharmacy / drugstore or any store that sells eye Drops browse through to see what eye Drops help soothe your symptoms. Last month, I had a really bad eye infection and my eye doctor recommended I try refresh Tears eye Drops.I believe those eyedrops are the best for various eye conditions.Hope this helps and fits in your budget.

if you are on a tight budget, tell the doctor... there are generics that dont cost that much. for some reason doctors love to prescribe brand name drugs, i guess because the drug reps tell them too. there arent any good homeopathic remedies for conjunctivitis.... if you dont have insurance, shop around, generic drug prices can vary greatly. try going to a costco, target, hyvee, or a small independant pharmacy... they tend to have good prices. dont go to walgreens if you dont have insurance, they will rape and pillage you

one thing that helped when i was a kid was my mom would micorwave a wet cloth, and id put it over my face (keep your eyes closed). that helped me a lot with pain, but it doesnt "cure" it... if you try that the towel should be a little uncomfortable but dont burn yourself. just do it for a few minutes then give it a break and let your face cool off. im not a doctor, so dont go suing me if it doesnt work or something bad happens :)
