IGNATIA 30 is a Herbal Homeopathic Remedy and is specific for mood swings and depression!
Take care and God Bless you !

Read more about this remedy by clicking on the link below !

The most effective 'natural' option for mood swings and anxiety (nerves) are the following:

1) Adequate amounts of sleep. Contrary to what some ppl will say most adults need around 8hrs per night. Children and Adolescents actually need more

2) Avoid stimulants. This includes anything with caffeine (coffee, soda's, energy drinks.....) and other medications such as Pseudo-Ephedrine (Sudafed).

3) Regular exercise. The amount varies depending on where you get the information. A good 'ballpark' amount is 30mins of aerobic exercises every day or second day minimum.

These three things are what the vast majority of people with mood swings and anxiety tend to not do and are actually more effective then any medication or supplements. The bonus part is that they actually increase the effectiveness of medications such as SSRIs.

The best treatment for those things is something natural, or at least comes from a natural source. It's chocolate.

Valerian will bring you up if depressed and down if manic..may cause drowsiness..may have to take at night..test it out before driving.

St. John's Wort and B vitamins

Chamomile is edible and medicinal. The flowers are edible and quite tasty in salads or made into a refreshing cold or warm beverage. Chamomile flowers are used in alternative medicine as an anodyne, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, Nervine, stomachic, tonic, vasodilatory.

It is also an antispasmodic for intestinal and menstrual cramps, relieving gas pains, acts as a very mild but efficient laxative, and loosens tight muscles. Milder tea in large doses is given throughout the day for fevers, sore throats, the aches and pains due to colds, flu, and allergies. It is Nervine and sedative especially suited to teething children and those who have been in a highly emotional state over a long period of time.
