It will help, i guess.. Do some Yoga, it will relax you, ease your mind and soothe your nerve.

L-threonine is very good to calm one down !! It even helps with headaches!! It can be gotten from any health food store!!My cousin even gives it to her dog when they travel!! There are no side effects !! No feeling of diminishment or depresssed state like drugs do !!All natural!!!!!1111

Health Benefits of Green Tea
A growing body of research indicates that the tannins in Green Tea are naturally-occurring flavonoids which have strong antioxidant properties. Drinking Green Tea is a natural and pleasant way to increase dietary intake of antioxidants. There is mounting evidence that suggests that antioxidant-rich foods may play a role in reducing the risk of certain cancers, heart disease and stroke.

Green Tea has a natural amino acid called L-Theanine, and this is very calming and is why a cup of Green Tea is relaxing. So just buy some L-theanine at GNC or somewhere. That is the best way to go.

green tea is full of Antioxidents, which fight the free radicals in your body. So yes its good for you, but I doubt it will do anything for your nerves.
If by nerves , your implying, cant relax, then try Lavender oil in your bath and on your pillow at night, also you can use it on your skin. Ask a pharmacy about a herbal remedy, which do help. But i would try St Johns Wort first, it has been proven to help mild deppression, hence relaxes.
If your nervousness is about lack of confidence, then the best thing you could do is , sign up at your local college for an Asertivness course.

Tell me something useful
no it doesn't. Cammomile tea does, so does making tea from Sage.

All kinds of tea contain caffeine so it's not going to help much. On the other hand, warm milk would help.Try it.
