I don't know enough to give perfect advice. It could be circulation and maybe 'fish liver oil' omega supplement could help. I don't know your health history. You may want to read this health manual:
God's Medicine Is Best (herbs, vitamins and minerals) by Linda Wise.
Good Luck.

First of all, have you been exercising lately?
If not, you might be having some sort of muscle problem.
I'm not a doctor so I can't be specific. But you should get it checked out. Or, try taking a nice long hot bath. That helps muscles that are hurting. |

Take ibuprofen about an hour before bed (it's a muscle relaxant).
Maybe look into your daily activities to see if you can change up whatever is causing the problem. |

Go to the doc. Could be restless leg or periodic leg movement. They might have you do a sleep study and they have medicine for it. |

You might have RLS (restless leg syndrome). See your doctor for something to help you sleep and break the cycle. |
