I never heard of it being described in that context. I have been told that raising me was the biggest pain in the a@@ my mom ever had, if that is of any help.

Think of the worst head ache or period pain you have ever had... then triple it.. combined with the feeling you would get trying to force a rugby ball into your mouth combined with the feeling you would get if you needed to take a crap but it was stuck and there you have it!

You cannot ever compare the pain of a headache/tooth ache to the pain of child birth. Never ever ever. They are in different pain threasholds

I can say that after giving birth to my last child (a health 10 pound 9oz bouncing baby boy) with NO DRUGS WHAT SO EVER ( i have no clue how in the hell women did it before the epidural which I had with my other 2 ) it was the WORST pain that i have ever experienced in my life. And I got my tubes tied soon after that to keep from ever having to go thru it again.
The pain is well worth it though :-)

Im sure the financial aspects of having a child will give you a massive headache.

However, the pain of actually giving birth, i have no idea..and never will lol

Personally I wouldn't know, but compare the size of a tooth to the size of a babies head, I imagine there is no pain even close that a human could survive to compare it to.
