"Common indoor plants may provide a valuable weapon in the fight against rising levels of indoor air pollution. Those plants in your office or home are not only decorative, but NASA scientists are finding them to be surprisingly useful in absorbing potentially harmful gases and cleaning the air inside modern buildings."

"NASA research has consistently shown that living, green and flowering plants can remove several toxic chemicals from the air in building interiors. You can use plants in your home or office to improve the quality of the air to make it a more pleasant place to live and work - where people feel better, perform better, any enjoy life more."

you could be having low blood sugar, and again you could be having a problem with high blood sugar, but most likely low blood sugar, Also you may not be drinking enough water, causing you to be dehydrated, try drinking more water, and eating something sweet when you get this way. Hope this helps

there are about 1000 things that could be wrong with you, only half of them will kill you eventually, my first thoughts of what it could be are
#1 your dehydrated
#2 inner ear infection
#3 brain tumor

You could have an inner ear infection and that would throw your equilibrium off to give you that dizzy feeling. Try to see your doctor sooner than a week or so.

Maybe you should call and see if you can get in sooner. If you
feel like you are going to pass out, or fall, it could be dangerous.
It could be that you are not eating enough, you don't mention your
age, weight, or general health condition, or if you are taking medication,
or your weight, or if you are male or female. This could be many many things. Some could be very serious. If you fall, and break
some bones, or worse, it will only compound the matter. Only your
doctor or health care provider who can do a physical, and possibly
order some labs, see you face to face is going to be able to tell you.

dizziness is caused when your senses, eyes, nervous system, or inner ears aren't connecting properly to your brain. it is hard to tell what is wrong with you if you have no prior symptoms but here is a list of common dizziness causes: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/dizziness/DS00435/DSECTION=3

If you're experiencing a spinning sensation you might have vertigo. If you feel weak as well as dizziness could be hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or anemia. There are many underlying causes for the symptoms you display. Only a doctor can provide the proper diagnosis.

Katie
Well it could be a lot of things. It could be not eating or not drinking enough. Does this happen randomly or when you stand up? Do you have trouble seeing when this happens?
If you do you may have an orthostatic intolerance problem. Have them test your blood pressure when you're lying down and then again after you stand up. There are a few variations of this disorder so it's worth looking into. Took my doctors 5 years to realize what exactly was going on with me.

kisstheboys
IT COULD BE A NUMBER OF THINGS---YOU COULD BE HYPERVENILATING OR HAVE AN EAR INFECTION. ARE YOU ON ANY MEDICATION? DIZZINESS IS A COMMON SIDE EFFECT FOR MANY MEDICATIONS, OTC AND PRESCRIPTION. DO SHARE YOUR CONCERNS WITH YOUR DOCTOR, AND LET HIM/HER KNOW OF ANY MEDICATIONS YOU ARE TAKING, SYMPTOMS YOU ARE EXPERIENCING, AND FOR HOW LONG. IN THE MEANTIME, YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK OUT WEBMD.COM, MAYOCLINIC.COM, AND OTHER MEDICAL SITES. THEY ARE ALWAYS FULL OF INFO.

HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON!

Iceman
maybe low blood sugar. . . might be a genetic thing. . . or diabetes of some sort.

Chaotic
I was going through the same thing. Instead, I was blacking out constantly. I went to my doctor about it and he told me its because I was to dehydrated, at first it didn't make since because I drank allot but I was going through allot of stuff in my life; not enough sleep, started working out, drama and my body was overwhelmed so I started drinking water constantly and it turns out I did need more water. So thats my advise to you, drink lots of water, more than likely nothing is wrong with you. Your just simply Dehydrated. Good Luck!
