why would you need hospital treatment?

if you are severely bleeding why would you need medical??
when you get a little cut it fixes by its self but if you are bleeding severely you need to go to the hospital. why is that?

Depends. First of all, you may need a blood transfusion. If not, you will at least need fluids to replace what was lost. If you are talking about an injury like a severe cut or wound, they will need to give you stitches and possible cauterize (burn) areas to stop the bleeding. Surgical repair may also be needed.

Well , large amounts of bleeding ,can lead to anemia or even total shock and system shut down. You can only lose so much blood without really compramising your ability to survive, or fight off infection or illness.

Any wound that causes severe bleeding is likely deep enough to get really back infection from anarobic bacterias, that can kill you.

because when a person is bleeding profusely, the body doesn't clot fast enough to stop the bleeding. bleeding can deplete the body of it's blood supply which can cause death in a matter of minutes. fluid volume needs to be restored and blood vessels need to be repaired.

Because you'll bleed to death. Small cuts will heal but something large will bleed out or it could be something internal.
