Do I have a weak heart? If so, is this dangerous to my health?
Now I know this may sound silly. (maybe this is like a psychological question)
But I've been thinking about it and it just doesn't seem normal.
Ever since I was little, I used to get scared a lot & I grew up with a lot of stress.
My doctor used to say that even at 13 I had the stress of a 50 year old person.
And I just turned 17 right now but when I was 16 my hair fell out
Not all of it but a clump of hair fell out. and my mom told me it was because of stress.
I can't watch scary movies, go on roller coasters, or do anything risky (even cheating on homework or tests) because I feel like my heart gets claustrophobic and I can't breathe. Usually, I can't breath normally. I keep taking deep breaths because I feel like just short breaths aren't enough. And If i take an excessive amount of deep breaths, I feel dizzy. I don't know. Is this a psychological condition? Or is it really something I should go to the doctors for?
Additional Details
Oh and I'm feeling tired.. even if I get an abundant amount of sleep

purely psychological or stress induced, your hair fall is different pathology, a dermatologist can tackle it, all with your heart go for a psychiatry counselling, gradually you will be alright, but may take time.

yes u should see a doctor asap.

It could be Chronic fatigue syndrome:

Chronic fatigue syndrome (also called CFS) is a disorder without a known cause, although CFS may be related to a previous infection. CFS is a state of chronic fatigue that exists without other explanation for six months or more and is accompanied by cognitive difficulties (problems with short-term memory or concentration). You may have CFS if you meet the following criteria:

* if you have severe chronic fatigue for six months or longer and all other known conditions that could cause fatigue have been excluded by your health-care provider, or

* if you simultaneously have four or more of the following symptoms: significant problems with short-term memory or concentration, sore throat, tender lymph nodes, muscle pain, pain in several joints without swelling or redness, headaches that are different in pattern or severity from previous headaches, feeling tired and unrefreshed even after sleeping, and extreme tiredness lasting more than 24 hours after you exercise or exert yourself.

Chronic fatigue syndrome affects tens of thousands of people. It occurs more commonly in females than in males. This condition occurs most commonly in young to middle-aged adults. People with CFS are often unable to perform normally at work and home because of their long-term fatigue and problems with short-term memory. This can lead to depression, but depression is not a cause of CFS.

Besides there is an anxiety overlap.

Your symptoms are very suggestive of a psychological cause like anxiety and panic attacks. These are not symptoms of a weak heart. Symptoms of a weak heart include shortness of breath on exertion, shortness of breath when lying flat (orthopnea), fatigue and lower extremity edema. Feeling tired or fatigue is a very non-specific symptom that can occur with many medical conditions. The most common cause of fatigue is not enough sleep. Common medical causes for fatigue include infections, anemia, thyroid disease, etc. I think it is unlikely that your fatigue is related to a medical condition, but if this is concerning for you then you should be evaluated by a doctor. Your doctor can perform simple tests to evaluate for common causes of fatigue if he/she thinks it is appropriate. None of these symptoms are concerning for heart disease and they are all consistent with anxiety.
