try eating a little less than you usually do. don't starve yourself, but don't be too full either. I lost 4kgs in a few months just by doing that. I didn't even have to exercise extra. and i assure you - i'm in pretty good health ;)

Drink more water. I had the same problem, bloating can be another reason. Look at your diet and see if you are eating more of one thing than you should. Try drinking water with every meal instead of fizzy drinks, fruit drinks can be very high in sugar. Check labels on "Health Foods" if they have a high sugar content then they are NOT healthy. Low in fat isn't always what you think!

You need to combine your healthy eating with exercise. I find doing sit ups strengthens the abdominal muscles, and gives you a flatter stomach.

eating healthy is only one part of loosing weight and fab body. u need to adopt active lifestyle with some exercise on daily bases. not need to do some extra effort just do the usual warm up before starting ur day or do join gym to shape up urself.

apart from your diet and if you do excersice you need to work on the oblique muscles, they are the ones that actually hold the belly in, these are the side muscles, you work them by doing sit ups but as you come up, you need to have both hands to one side and lean to that side. then do the same the other side i do 3 sets of 10 and it really works

do you eat aloads of bread and pasta .asthis can make your tummy bloat .try cutting these out ,worked for me good luck

if eating isnt working you should exercise start with small amounts then as weight loss slows down increase exercise amount to speed it up again just keep doing this till u are your ideal weight.

other than eating healthy you also need regular exercise

I agree with h. You obviously have an intolerance to carbs more probably with wheat, cut out all wheat products for a couple of weeks and I'm sure you'll see the difference in your stomach
