you will get fatter

one, you have to exercise everyday for 30 minutes for 3 days a week. and, you have to eat healthy and don't eat a lot in one day. whoever told you that is wrong. that just is a waste of waiting, and a waste of your time and you can do something else.

It can help you, however, due to the small amount that you do, your body will not really be worked. Its a good way to keep your body attentive and "ready", but if your expecting major results, then you'd have to add more reps to your ordeal.

A person can do 100 sit ups in one sitting. And about 20 push ups after so long to add up to 100. Their body will feel the work being done and their muscles will begin to ache due to lactate acids in the muscles. Nonetheless, if you really want results, try to up the amount or at least how often you do them

yes it would work but your going to gain weight in muscle mass. it will really increase your strength. it wont hurt you unless you get dehydrated or over do it, look how many push up/sit ups they do in the military. slowly work your way up, dont try to do too much too fast

anything would help you, but I would do that as more of a warm up to begin exercise, because exercising for an hour straight is more beneficial than than exercising a little bit every hour.

well it might if you do this for like a year. but the results arent gonna be quick. because doing it that way kind of are damaging of your muscles and can potentially weaken you a bit.

i just do 15 push ups and 25 crunches every day twice a day; when i wake up and before i go to bed. My abs are looking pretty darn nice too (;

piece of advice: flex your abs when you do push ups, that way at the same time youll be working out your core muscles as well as your biceps.

You dont really need to do it that much. Start with like 20 each a day for a week and then go to 50 a couple of weeks later and then 100 a few weeks more, and you can stop there.Some of the strongest people in the world (that dont do steroids) only go to the gym for 2 hours 2-3 times a week. If you do it too much, youre not gonna get better results than if you pace yourself. Its like tanning. If you tan for too long, you get sunburnt and then all the tan youve gotten so far will just be a red mess.

that kinda takes the whole day ( in my opinion) if you want a flat stomach drink water before you eat and dont eat after 7 pm. do 200 crunches a day. crunches work better than situps. if you do that, in 2 months u'll lose all ur belly fat. do 10 pushups before you eat.

To be honest, longer sets closer together will get you more results. And holding each sit up and push up for a good 3 to 5 seconds will definitely make you stronger. Doing really quick ones doesn't really build muscle that well.

eating a healthy diet and excersizing normally will. this is kinda a weird plann...
try excersizing for about 45 mins a day. and increase to an hour. do cardio. .... running, swimming, biking

and also do like your pushups (aim for ten, but if you can, aim for 15) situps (20) , crunches (30), planks (1 min) and do like two reps for each.

Uh, not really. Your body builds muscle by being stressed and then rebuilding so it is best to do maximum amounts of push ups and sit ups (as well as other exercises) for 3 sets and do this 3 times a week.

In the meantime make sure you are waking and moving instead sitting for most of the day. Depending on your health you might want to consider adding in a running program. Combined with the walking you will be amazed at your gains.

Of course it would help you but I would not advise you to put so much stress on yourself. Wow, I have been working out for 16 years and I wouldn't want to do that!! If you love doing push ups and sit ups, perform those exercises every day alternating each muscle. For example, do sets of however many push ups and sit ups that you are able to do. I would say a good amount of sets is 3-5 if you are just starting out and 10 if you are intermediate. Rest 30-45 seconds in between each set. You will also want to add cardiovascular training into the muscle building. You may walk or run every for at least 15 minutes. Eventually , your target is to walk or run for 45 minutes each day. Also, when you become much stronger from the push ups, you will want to join a gym or add other exercises to achieve results with all of your muscles. With push ups and sit ups, you are always burning fat. Always remember that muscle burns fat. The more muscle you have throughout your whole body, you more fat you will burn.

Yes it will help you hurt yourself. Responsible exercise and proper dieting (includes carbs) will help you more.

I must say your strategic method isn’t very effective. It’s a bit like making love, you want to be doing it for a long time not just a good time.

10 isnt enough. do at least 50, and increase daily by 1 or 2 for as long high as you can go.

do six minute abs!
1 minute side abs (left)
1 minute side abs (right)
1 minute sit ups
1 minute crunches
1 minute plank
1 minute 10 degrees ( lay onn your back and put your feet just a little bit off the ground.)
And also go out and walk for 1 hour- 2 hours. If you do this everyday, you'll get a six packk!
