the only way you could possibly do that is not eat

Safe as possible.

Increase your water intake like crazy! Take in half of your body weight in ounces. For example of you weigh 200 pounds, you should be drinking 100 ounces of water everyday.

Doing this will have you seeing changes SOOOOOOO quickly!!!

Also start exercising in a small way like walking around the block.

Decrease your sugar and junk food intake! I didn't say STOP...I said decrease. Replace those snacks with fruits and vegatables!

You have to REALLY cut the junk food, and calories. excercise, HARD. i mean, losing 10 pounds in one month is a miricle for some people, and if you want to lose 78, YOU HAVE TO REALLY PUT YOUR HEAD TO IT. if you don't want it, you won't get it. if you do, you will, you have to schedule out a lot of excersising. you don't have to pay money.

You can't. And shouldn't. It should take 8-12 months to lose 78 pounds. That's very fast - 1-2 pounds per week.

How about dealing with the stress first?

Take it easy and slow and you'll get there, I promise!

78 lbs is quite a bit of weight to loose in 2 months. You are not supposed to loose more than 2-5 lbs a week. You obviously did not gain 78 lbs in two months so why would you expect to loose it in two months. You should however, watch the carbs, eat more fish, drink water, walk whenever possible. when eating salad, instead of heavy dressing, try olive and balsamic vinegar. eat more raw fruits and veggies. This will help you, but you will not loose 78lbs in 2 months.

why would you want to put your body through such a drastic weight change so fast do you want to have a heartattack


eat lotsa salmon omega-3 fatty acids are great for your system. eat alot of sushi- even california rolls and other cooked rolls are good, its mostly the seaweed that is good for you there. 5 small meals are better than 3 big ones. don't -i mean DO NOT- eat after 6 pm unless it is a small helping of fresh or steamed dark green leafy vegetables. drink lotsa water. excercise as much as possible, even if its parking farther away from the door. it may take longer than 2 mos. but you'll feel better and be able to keep it off getting yourself into these habits. good luck

anorexia is free...... No I would never suggest someone do that. However losing that much weight in two months is not healthy for your body and even if you lose it it will come back. Exercise, eat right and don't worry about the weight. It is much more important to feel healthy and active than to fit into a size 2 bikini. There should be no reason to be this stressed out about your weight. EVER

you can't . . .thast about 39 lbs a month and about 10 lbs a week. . . you can't lose that much that quickly!! you'll die!!! and especially can't do it for free.

Why are you trying to lose weight this fast? health reasons? trying to look good for something/someone? If its about health, then take it slow. . .if its to look good, still take it slow. . but realize that primarily want to be toned. .be "Smaller" so excercise excercise excercise!

Now if you are talking about weight to lose 78 pounds in two months you should have started to lose the weight a year ago at least. So if you want to lose 78 pounds in 2 months without paying any money for it. It will only cost you one thing your life. So start to diet today and a year from now you will maybe be at your goal weight.

Stop eatin

Wow that is alot of weight in a short amount of time. It wouldn't be healthy to loose that much in that amount of time. Try setting a more realistic goal. I am not trying to sound rude, but you will get frustrated if you don't meet your goal. Try eating better foods, drink more water, and exercise daily.

You can't lose 78 pounds in 2 months. That would involve losing over a pound of fat every day. You'd have to pretty much not eat at all and walk like 30 miles a day. In other words, you'd probably be dead in a week.
I know it did not take you 2 months to gain this much weight, so don't try losing it in 2 months! It's safest and healthiest to lose 1 or 2 pounds of fat every week. If you lost 2 pounds a week, you'd be looking at about 10 months, 1 pound and it'll be closer to 20 months.
A pound of fat has 3500 calories in it. So, to lose 2 pounds a week, you need to do about 500 calories of exercise a day combined with cutting your calories how many food calories you normally eat by 500. Don't try and starve yourself or your metabolism will drastically slow down and you'll probably end up gaining weight. If you're a woman, eat at least 1200 calories a day, 1500 if you're a man.
Eat healthy foods--lots of fruits and veggies and whole grains--get rid of any soda, candy or chips you have in your house. Stop eating white flour and refined sugars. Drink lots and lots of water. Try having a cup of green tea everyday.

if you do somehow then you will have extremely lose skin that will look gross you need to lose weight slowly to allow your skin to shrink back with you weight loss

you could do major damage to your heart!
you can loose 2-3pounds per week safely and that would total to about 12-24 pounds in 2 months

First of all, get off your a*s and away from the computer. Second, avoid all the stress you can.

FACT:You will not lose that much weight in two months.
FACT:You could lose that much weight if you caught a life threatening disease, obvious downside is that you will probably die.
FACT:The only healthy and possible way to lose that much weight is by a healthy balanced diet AND DAILY EXERCISE.
FACT:It will take you approx 43 weeks or 10-11 months to lose that kind of weight normally with a strict diet and daily exercise.

You will be even more stressed if you try to do that in such a short time. Even if you succeed, you'll be a basket case, both physically and mentally.

I think you'd have to quit eating entirely to lose that amount of weight in 2 months and even then I'm not sure it's possible.
