wooww o____o um .. the beset way is excercise ALOT everyday and eat every meal .. but a little .. dont eat that much.. for instance eat a little for breakfast .. eat a litttle for lunch and i think its better to skip dinner.. do NOT eat JUNK FOOD you may munch on some veggie or fruit snacks.. ONE SERVINGSS ONLY dont go overboard.. My friend Was 165 (guy) and lost 60 pounds.. he is very skinny now and looks a lot better .. and thats the basic steps he did .

Count calories (no more than 1400 per day), measure everything & follow the package guidelines. A serving of rice is 1/2 cup- measure it and write down everything you eat, serving size you ATE, calories you ATE. and why you ate it.
If you are honest, you will learn what are your "comfort foods:, why you eat them, when you eat them, and how to stop eating them.
Hon, it is hard as hell...but you CAN do it. You have to turn into a food nazi to do this right.

what i do is slowly over time cut one thing out or choose the more healthy option. then when im watching tv or doing something boring ill do situps and pushups and it really works. you might think that excersisizing would make you too muscley, but on women it more just tones the body and its not like the gross workout ladies one tv. eat lots of veggies like carrots cuz they might be gross but if u just have carrots as ur snack u will be as full as eating a snack. drink water and if u have to, diet coke/pepsi (or any other diet soda). i drink slim fast when i have nothing but junk food in my house. it tastes kinda gross as first but it tastes yummier later, kinda like a milkshake with a weird aftertatse. if u want more info u could check wikihow or email me. also there was a small packet in a seventeen issue(i think it was like two issues ago) that really helped. it had workout tips and yummy recipies.

Just exercise and eat healthy. eat in proportions, and small meals through out the day. that way you are not starving yourself and then stuffing your face when you do eat.

Go jogging around your neighborhood. If you walk a while, jog for 20 seconds, then sprint for 10 seconds and repeat the cycle for twenty minutes a day, you should get into shape fairly quickly. Adjust to your work outs, if something is too easy, work harder, go longer, push yourself. But don't push yourself so much that you fall over. After your first day, you WILL be sore, but being sore is a good thing, it means your body is adjusting. Take a couple days off, until you feel ready to work out again, but no more than two days, or your body won't form a habit. Within one week, you should be pushing yourself and getting your body ready for constant workouts. Keep this up, and you will get in shape in no time, I did this in cross country with a girl who is 212 lbs, we worked out every day before school for a year, and she lost sixty three pounds. Accompany this along with crunches, stretches and a healthy diet, no more twinkies! Honestly, you're a child, I think it's amazing that you're trying to loose weight, grown adults don't have the courage to do what you are doing. Good for you! Keep this up and you should burn pounds in no time! GOOD LUCK! :)

see a doctor losing 50 pounds is a big deal it is very hard to lose that much weight in a healthy way by your self you really need to ask you mom to take you to a nutritionist if you are as big as you say then you family is prob. big as well and the whole family could benefit from learning healthy eating and exercising methods plus if the whole family joins in its easier fro you to stay on track

When you eat, try and seperate your meal into 1/3rds.

1/3 should be a fast carb, 1/3 should be a slow carb, and 1/3 should be a protein. It's something I heard on TV the other day. And you should also get a lot of exercise. They say jumping on a trampoline is the best kind of exercise for you. Maybe do somehting like take a job around the block every morning/evening, with some music to pump you up.

sounds like your eating to much and not exercising to me. Just remember to burn more calories than you put in.

First you need to work on your cardio and eat less fattening foods which i know is hard. A simple snack to keep you off is eat some bread then drink lots of water or just drink water a lot. It can help raise your metabolism so you can burn more fat. Swimming and running are great cardio work outs if you can find a way to do that. And you have almost reached your maximum height in maybe 1-2 years. Starving yourself is not an option except lunch you can always skip lunch. You can leave your lunch money at home so you can't use it to buy stuff. My dad likes to eat oatmeal for breakfast very healthy. Uh and when your eating noodles or anything with soup don't drink the soup has a lot of sodium. Don't buy any energy drinks or things like that to help you lose weight unless your gonna exercise or they will make you fatter. Don't worry you will lose that weight you can do it and people will still love if your fat. But remember to set goals for yourself and if its too hard to make these goals ask a friend or your parents to help you out.

Hope i helped it's hard for me to think right now so this is the best i can do.Oh just remember that you are a girl and musn't be stressed or you can't lose anything you can do it!

yeah sweety my sis is the same...you need to start with small goals...first lose the ten pounds 1st and go from there...just eat right and exercise...its not that hard..

Losing 50 pounds would be a good idea.

1. DIET- Avoid: Red Meats, Sugars, Butter, Bread, and any other High Saturated Fats. *Further more customize a dieting plan that is healthy and fits your lifestyle, even if its unconventional.

2.EXERCISE: Workout: 7 Days a week 15-20 minutes each. 5 Days a week 20-25 minutes a week. 4 Days a week 30-40 minutes a week. *This to should be customize a workout plan that is healthy and fits your lifestyle, even if its unconventional.
*If you hate working out, do it while watching movies or TV.

3. COMMIT: Keep a journal: Journal your progress, and keep motivated. Losing weight will not only physically look better, but you'll feel much healthier.

CONCLUSION:Stay committed, you really should lose the weight, but its up to you to do so.

First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 am to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also. Do all the situps you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don't have alot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hours lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks,etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there. In the evening do another 6 sets of situps maxing out each set. Cardo again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes its hard, thats why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

you can loose 50 pounds but it wont be easy.
eat healthy (water,fruits,vegatables), and exercise whenever possible(:
please dont starve yourself.
the weight will come off over 5 months.
you will also get taller as you get older so you will fill out.
