 if you just eat vegetables&fruit and drink water for 2 1/2months, how much weight can you lose?

 Why does my side cramp when I run?
I always get a cramp in my right side about halfway through my run. I dont drink water in excess before I jog, so I don't know whats causing it, but its rather painful.

Any idea?...

Depends on if you are small or large boned or have a lot of muscle. The link below will provide info. You should be going by 5'3" with 1 inch heels. Looks like you may be in range. No, you shouldn't lose the weight for him. If you feel good where you are, stay there. You should never lose weight for someone else.

I would say so i used to be that weight and now i weigh 104 pounds all because i worked out every day and ate right. But i ate what i wanted but with considerable amounts. But lose weight for you not your gay boyfriend. FOR YOU :) :) :) :)

There are some sweet people here- all the nice guys who answered you- I am touched, and they are right. I have a friend who fits your description. As long as you feel healthy for your frame- then you are okay. As for myself, I have cut out all carbonated drinks and fast food. Also, I have been limiting my portion sizes and drinking more water and green tea. If you do this, you will notice a difference in 1 to 2 weeks. It just takes away the bloat and the extra fat that hangs over top of jeans- you know what I mean!

It's about 10lb overweight if you are large boned. But don't ever lose weight for anyone else, but yourself and for your health.

I'm also 5ft2, have quite wide hips and thick thighs, but I'm smaller on top - 32C. I weigh around 120lb.

I don't think so. If you have a large chest and a muscular frame you might be at a healthy weight. Try judging your figure based on how you think you look. I have a little spare tire that I'd like to get rid of so I could drop five or ten pounds, but for the most part I look good. Once you determine an appearance thats exceptable you should take measurements and go from there. You might lose weight in different places first so measure your arms, thighs and waist and use inches as a goal instead of weight.

i'm 5'3 and 140 lbs. i have a medium frame and large breasts(a 34 DDD) and my doctor told me that i should lose 10 lbs. but everyone is differnt. If you are going to lose weight it should be for you and your health not for your boyfriend.

It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. What's important is if you feel your overweight. If you do then loose weight for yourself. Your certainly not fat!

Umm...you could lose more weight if you just got rid of him instead!

Are you exercising? Are you eating healthy? Are YOU happy with how you look? Those should be the important factors.

You should try to lose weight for your own health. An ideal weight would be 133 pounds or less. Your clothes would still fit you and you would have more energy. A 15 pound loss target would be about right. No radical changes in exercise or diet would be needed.
Get him to walk with you.

well, i think ure a little bit ober weight, but don't ever lose weight because of ur bf...if he loves u, then he would say that u dont have to lose weight

you shouldn't lose weight for him. if you want to lose weight or be more active, then do it, but for you not him. You are over the recommended weight for someone your height. Try cutting out soda - there are so many calories there - it's such an easy way to lose weight. Try diet soda, water, juices, etc instead. I did that and lost 10 pound in a few months without any other effort. you could also add in some activity 3 times a week - walking, playing a sport, swimming, going to the gym, and you would notice a difference.

well if u like the way u r then dont, and if your boyfriend loves u for who u are , it should not matter how much u weight.

First of all, don't lose weight for anyone other than yourself! Never, ever let a boyfriend dictate what you do or how you feel about yourself!

That said, your BMI would be 26.5, which would be in the "overweight" category. A BMI that is 25 or above is considered overweight.

Don't try to lose any weight for anyone but yourself. If you feel that YOU should, then do it. If you don't know if you want to, just drink a lot of water and make sure you eat right. That alone will help you out. Good luck, and remember, do it for you!!!

You have to be happy with who you are and never let anyone make you feel like you need to change. If you... and you alone... aren't happy with something about your appearance... then try to change it. But never ever try to change yourself for someone else. It really isn't worth it.

Dont ever change yourself for someone else. It just leaves you questioning your worth and you dont want to start that cycle now. If you are happy with yourself then dont loose wait. All you need to do is be healthy if you dont have any health issues due to your weight than its personal preference.

Please don't ever listen to a guy about your weight. You are perfect the way you are. If *you* want to lose weight I see nothing wrong with it but it should be up to you.

don't go by your bmi or weight. I am obese going by that because I way 220 pounds and I am 5'11. However I have a low body fat. So go by your body fat percentage which is a measure of actual fat. That is the real question of if you are fat or not. But like everyone else said, don't loose weight for him just loose him.

Otherwise, you are great as you are! Anorexic waifs are out, and curvy girls are IN! Just look at America Ferrera and how much people love her! Sara Rue is another example of a curvy girl whom people love!

Your BMI is a little high for 5'2". But if you want to lose weight, you should do it for yourself, and not for your boyfriend.
