First I would like to say that for Nurses NANDA, NIC & NOC are going to become our language. 2nd you will find a list of 2008 NANDA approved nursing diagnosis online, I will give reference below. 3rd- for hypertension- Fluid Volume, Imbalanced, risk for; Stress, Overload; Anxiety; Fear; all these can contribute to hypertension. As for Diabetes- Blood glucose, risk for unstable; Nutrition, Readiness for enhanced. There are others regarding these but it would be more individulaized as to why they have this disease or how they are going to manage the disease.
It would help your cause if you were to say what it was you were trying to find out instead of using acronyms that might mean absolutely nothing to some people.
