Apple cider vinegar does it cause stomach or liver damage and what is it good for?
What is the benefit and side effects does it cause liver or stomach damage??

I haven't heard of it causing any liver damage. It is a strong acid so it can create a lot of troubles in the form of indigestion and acid reflux for your stomach. The acid also can erode the enamel of your teeth so you need to be careful about that. More importantly, there are NO proven benefits of drinking ACV. It's just acid and bits of apple, not a magical elixir.

It is a good idea to rinse your mouth after you take it, but just because mainstream medicine does not understand how the different compounds in apple cider vinegar work synergistically does not mean it does not work. Hundreds of thousands of people use it with success. See:

ACV is actually very good for your liver and stomach and is rich in the vitamins, minerals and trace elements found in apples, especially potassium; it normalizes acid levels [pH] in the stomach, improves digestion and the assimilation of nutrients, reduces intestinal and fecal odors, helps cure constipation, alleviates some of the symptoms of arthritis and helps prevent bladder stones and urinary tract infections.

I mix it with some local raw honey and spring water which is then called honegar. Honegar has even more benefits than the ACV alone and it tastes great.

Sometimes you may get a little herxheimer effect from using it but basically that is just a sign that it's working. The Herxheimer's effect is your body's reaction to the over abundance of dead or dying bacteria, fungus, yeast, and viruses as a result of your treatment/protocol. The reaction carries with it a multitude of unpleasant side effects, including fatigue, diarrhea, headaches or migraines, muscle and joint aches, ringing in the ears, mental dullness and disorientation, and flu-like symptoms. This reaction is NOT COUNTERPRODUCTIVE or a COUNTER ACTION of the process. It is your body telling you to flush it more quickly.

There are no major known side effects of Apple Cider Vinegar when used in moderation.

No, it does not cause liver damage and if taken properly does not cause stomach damage either. There are a number of scientifically proven benefits of apple cider vinegar. It is used as part of the treatment for diabetes -- taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before bed lowered glucose levels in the morning by 4%-6%. It can also lower high cholesterol. It has been found to lower blood pressure and support heart health. It is also good when used topically for killing fungus.

Interactions:

Long-term use of apple cider vinegar could cause low potassium levels and lower bone density. In addition, due to the fact that apple cider vinegar decreases potassium levels, long term use can increase the toxicity or potassium-lowering qualities of a number of medications, including cardiac glycosides such as digoxin (Lanoxin®), insulin preparations, laxatives, potassium-depleting diuretics such as furosemide (Lasix®), and other potassium depleting drugs.

Apple cider vinegar does not cause stomach or liver damage.
It is good for mixing with some virgin olive oil and tossing with a green salad.

There are no clinically proven health benefits. (thousands of people using it is proof of nothing other than the credulity of thousands of people) Any of it's myriad recommended uses are historical and speculative and based on advocates poor understanding of physiology. It is simply vinegar; acetic acid which is one of the pathways of fermentation of sugars. I prefer the fermentation pathway that leads to alcohol, but thats just me. Why vinegar made from apples as opposed to other versions of vinegar has been lauded is a bit of a mystery of history, but there is a good article on it here.
