 Does gravy contain gluten?

So if a person was to have allergies this time of year what is causing them.?
I've never had an allergy in my life until this year. I have woken up for the third time this month with sneezing attacks, watery burning eyes and bags under them that look like I setting sail for a 4 hour tour. What the heck is around in the fall that gives a person allergies I'd rather have a cold than this crap any day.

Sorry I meant last year the same thing happend to me last year as this year.

the same things are in the air in the fall that are around in the spring. Although in the spring there's more pollen in the air, there's still pollen in the air in the fall.

Much more than just trees or grass could be causing your allergies, it could be something in your house, could be dust, could be pretty much anything. Some people have their allergies acting up all year round.

Changing of the seasons. It never fails every Spring and Fall my sinuses always go crazy!

pollen in the air and settles on everything

change of seasons... no lies. This is the reason my doc gave me. Change of seasons.

But Inside I'm Screaming
Not sure where you live, but here in the midwest, it's typically molds and dust this time of year.

Where are you the worst off? At home or at work? In which room? It sounds like it is an inhaled allergy like house dust or mold.

I'm not sure where you live. But here in PA it would probably from turning the furnace on and on again off again warm weather. Cleaning of the leaves could be good for allergies either. Try Benadryl or over the counter allergy meds.

Sounds like you may be allergic to mold and/or mildew and/or dustmites.

If you are in a climate where there is a heavy leaf fall, the leaves do decay and mold on the ground, and people can track that inside. Also, if it is starting to rain where you live, the damp and humidity breeds mold and mildew, especially in older buildings. I am not very sensitive to pollens, but highly allergic to mold and mildew, so I am another one like you who sneezes and wheezes all through the fall and winter.

There is almost always some kind of environmental cause for allergies. Look around your own environment and ask yourself... what has changed? The heater tip above is a good one... lots of people who are allergic to mold and dustmites have trouble when heat starts blowing out of moldy, dusty vents and filters that have been sitting unused all summer. Or if you have recently pulled warm sweaters, boots, heavy coats out of storage, those could have mildew or dustmites too. Check it out.
