If my breasts were different sizes, or much smaller, I would consider implants, but right now I've never seriously considered it. I've always wanted reduction.

Obviously, I've never gotten them but my wife has. She has had her's for about 5 years now. She was an A and went to a C which was perfect for her frame. She loves them and they made her fill out shirts better. Here are a few pros and cons to consider: PROS: More self-confidence, reduce any flaws you may have, CONS: Cost, initial pain after surgery, will have to be replaced once they leak (usually 10-15 years later).

I'm considering them, actually.
Some of the cons is that you have to get them replaced every 5-10 years or so, certain types of implants can rupture inside you, and there can be scar marks left from surgery.
The pros would be, if you feel that those are the size breasts you've always wanted, a heighted self-esteem.

NO, I would not. But I've know several women, who for want of greater confidence in their appearance decided on getting them. And they are very happy with them. But it's not a one-time deal. I've read that most implants last 7-12 years, but some break during the first few months or years, while others last more than 15 years.
So unless you've got image problems or some other reason, and mis-matched breasts could very well be a good reason, I personally would not.

yes i want them badly i have a cups. You can look up the difference between silicone and saline ones. The health risks arent so good. Some people never get used to them and they are always uncomfortable, so I would do my research. If you don't want implants, you can always get a reduction and a reconstruction.

No. I am a 36 C and couldn't be happier. I'd be pissed if they got any bigger, I do NOT want back problems.

if you are uncomfortable with your body, to the point where it majorly limits what you wear and hot you act i think implants are for you. i personally would consider getting implants. some pros are a self confidence boost and you get to be you without people focusing on the difference in your cup size, some cons might be complications, while very rare they do happen. another con might be that you are not happy with the operatoin and you will loose some of your individuality

No, I don't need them.
Well, it's major surgery so there are always risks. I'm reluctant to take such a chance for a cosmetic surgery. I may feel differently when things are really sagging though!
Have you visited some physicians? Make sure you are comfortable with the person you choose. Try to talk to some of their previous clients. You might consider looking for a book on the subject that will educate you to the pros and cons of the surgery and give you tips on evaluating surgeons. Good Luck!

Im a dude so no, but I have had several friends with the different cup size issue and they had augmentation and were very pleased with the result...and as a guy, so was I.
Cons are that they have to be redone every ten years I believe, several of my exs have had them and that was part of the deal, also if done poorly they can show ripples..if you have kids dont breast feed it screws up the shape. It can be fairly painful deoending on where they go in i.e under arm, belly button or under nipple...then under muscle or not...etc
Pros, they look good, in your case they will even out and make you feel better. I say go for it...its been done so mch now that the risk factor is not even close to what it was 20 yrs ago, and saline is safer.

Well it depends on your body type. Are you thin enough that your boobs will look cute in the a cup. Or would a b or c best fit your body type. If you do get a breast implant it wont look right having one natural breast and one impanted. The natural breast will sag. Maybe you can get minor reduction and lift to a b cup and get the implant to a b in the other breast. It is best to speak to a surgeon who you can trust will want to make the best decision for you. Try to ask the doctor to make your implant natural looking not perfect and barbie doll/porn star.
I have very large breats and they are very uncomfortable so I would never get implants. I need a reduction.

I would if I were you. I don't know what other choice you really have because you don't really fit into any bra and it probably looks pretty funny to have that big of a difference. All I know that the problem about getting it done is that you can't just get it done once. They deflate and stuff. Kind of stinks to have to keep getting it done, but I think I might do it if I was aloud to.

wow. How did that happen? Well, I wouldn't because my boobs are big enough for me. Although in your situation I'd probably consider it too. Do a lot, and I mean, A LOT of research on it. Also know it's going to cost beaucoup bucks. I know most breast augmentation surgeries are cosmetic, so not covered by insurance, and they will also hurt for the first few days. I think there are different types of implants too.
I'd say if you're serious, work out a way to pay first. Then go on many consultations to find a reputable surgeon because some women find their problems have started with the surgeon and not the implants themselves.

I'm fine with the size of my breasts and I would not get breast implants. Since you have different sized breasts if it would make you feel more comfortable with your body then maybe a breast implant would be right for you.

Normally I'm against girls getting them just so they can have something bigger, but in your case, just wanting them evened out, I think it's justified.

I've thought about it over the years but decided against it. As I get older I meet more and more women who have had their implants removed because they became ill from them. I know a girl in her 20s who got saline implants and was sick for years, diagnosed with lupus and then had them removed. She feels a lot better now.

Let me get this straight, one is an A and the other is a C ? I have heard of them being a bit different in sized but that is a big difference. Yea, I would probably get something done to get the evened out.....but, only if that would make you happier.

No, my size is fine (C Cup). I would really consider a breast lift but even if someone gave it to me for free I'd really have to consider whether I *really* wanted to do it.
But in your particular case I think you should consider it. You will feel more confident and sexy. Alternatively, ask your gyn if she could refer you to the people who make bras for mastectomy patients. I'd guess they would be able to make you special padded bras to even you out.
