Why is sleeping without a bra a good thing??

There was even a study that found that sleeping without undergarments helps prevent cellulite formation on the body. The best clothes are loose fitting so they protect your body from the elements but don't interfere with the circulation and other processes of the body. |

because you need to let yourself relax and it can be too tite against you even though you may not know it and can lead to uncomfortable breasts or even swelling sometimes if too tite e.t.c ope this as helpd x |

my step dad (strange man) works at a hospital and when I began wearing bras he told me that I had to take them off at night because it increases your change for breast cancer. By keeping the boobies in a constant place, the can form lump. Not sure if he is right, i can not take a nap with one on, too uncomfortable. let them be free. |

I can't imagine sleeping in an underwire, especially if you sleep on your tummy. But I have friends that sleep in bras, they tend to be the overly well endowed and want the extra support. I on the otherhand have only done it when I fall asleep on the couch. |

Sleeping with or without a bra is a matter of preference. It is not good or bad for you, it has more to do with what you are comfortable with. Wearing a bra to bed does not cause breast cancer. The only time you should not wear a bra to bed (or any time) is when is is too tight or uncomfortable. If you do wear a bra to bed, choose one that is loose fitting and comfortable, with no under-wire. |
