Why is sleeping without a bra a good thing??

There was even a study that found that sleeping without undergarments helps prevent cellulite formation on the body. noname21	my step dad (strange man) works at a hospital and when I began wearing bras he told me that I had to take them off at night because it increases your change for breast cancer. By keeping the boobies in a constant place, the can form lump. Not sure if he is right, i can not take a nap with one on, too uncomfortable. let them be free. Was this answer helpful to you? beccagirl06	I can't imagine sleeping in an underwire, especially if you sleep on your tummy. But I have friends that sleep in bras, they tend to be the overly well endowed and want the extra support. poptarts.arelove	Sleeping with or without a bra is a matter of preference. It is not good or bad for you, it has more to do with what you are comfortable with. Wearing a bra to bed does not cause breast cancer. The only time you should not wear a bra to bed (or any time) is when is is too tight or uncomfortable.
