check this out
vessels in the nose can be very sensitive, when you have one nosebleed and you "blow your nose" technically the vessels do not heal and can bleed again later. The best way to avoid nosebleeds in the future is to firstly know to blow your nose as least as possible for a long time. Also check with a doc to see how bad your nose vessels are, it could be just some hairs that are inside your nose that trigger when broken the bleeding. You might have an allergy that might have triggered it but I know that the first and foremost way to avoid future bleeds is to try not to blow your nose. You might be preventing the vessels inside there from healing that may stop the bleeds. Sometimes people blow their nose too hard or sneeze really hard and that is what started it... it could have been due to pollen that they sneezed or blew their nose when it was stuffed toooooooo hard and there you go..

Unlikely that it is hormones. Some people are more prone to nosebleeds, and the very dry air found in homes in winter can promote the rupturing of small blood vessels in the nose. A humidifier can help, as can aloe based or gelatin based ointments that go inside the nose. Nosebleeds can also be caused by high blood pressure, and high altitudes.

You will need to see a doctor quickly about your nose. I use to have really bad nose bleeds when I was little. I would get so sever that I would loose a pint of blood from my nose. My doctor said that it could be caused from dry weather, like dry heat or even cold, or weak vessels in the nose, or it might be your sinuses that might be bleeding. That was what my problem was. I was also allergic to a certain plant that caused my sinuses to bleed so bad. Get it checked out a soon as possible cause it could get as worse as mine.

You may have to see a Doctor to get this treated. A continues nose bleed can be caused by several things. You may just have a blood vain in you sinus cavity that is very close to the surface. Once it starts bleeding, it's difficult to stop. If this is what you have, a Doctor may have to help you get it stopped. he will go in and burn it. It's very simple and doesn't hurt.

Are you drinking enough water? Are you keeping your home too dry? These things can make you have nosebleeds.

Could be the stress, but it's more likely something like high blood pressure, anemia, or a bad cold.

You may be low on iron, so your blood doesn't clot that easily, so you'll have 1 nosebleed then another and another. So try taking an iron supplement or even a Multivitamin with iron. Or maybe the air is really dry lately witch also causes nosebleeds. You should probably try a product like sacaris which is a nasal lubercating gel. Its usually in most drugstores. I hope I helped because I hate nosebleeds too.

You need to relax! Picture yourself passing your tests and watch a comedy, anything to make yourself laugh. I find my friends are the best for this. They crack me up. Chris Rock as well.
