Why cant girls shave their arms?

Carmen.	Girls can shave them if they want, but I think it's kinda gross and pointless. That is, unless they have super hairy arms like you mentioned. But hey, we already shave/wax our legs, underarms, and crotch...and waxing or shaving hair off our arms too is just an added expense and nuisance. Plus, it just would grow back all stubby and darker...and therefore it would look nastier. Go to Thailand, I hear from my Thai friend that most of the women there have hairless arms. Hehe. Exotic wonder	look. we shave our legs, pits, bikini, and pluck our eyebrows. if you like natural beauty, why not like natural hair. we go through enough makeup, razors, soaps, creames, and dyes for a lifetime. we can shave our arms, just don't have the time. AppleBottomJeans12	i, actually, shave my arms. it does take alot of time, but if your arms are really, really hairy, it's worth it. you just can't forget to do it, and if u do, wear a sweater, because you wouldnt want people rubbing up against any stubble. but if you want to shave your arms, make sure you don't EVER shave the hairless parts, like glide the shaver across the whiter parts that are harder to tan, because if you ever plan on stopping, you'll grow hair there, too, and you'll have hair coming out of every direction from your arm. =) Was this answer helpful to you? Marvellous Maiden	I do shave my forearms and have for well over a decade.It's no big deal.You shave your legs,underarms,it only takes a couple min. extra and it looks better.I only wish I'd started it sooner since a couple of girls made fun of it when I was in school. Some men really like hair on a female body.I am used to shaving all the normal places and i have shaved a little on my arms when they seemed to dark , my sister singes hers off. It depends on the race of the people too as some are more hairy then others. Hispanic and portuguese or italian have more hair to deal with. Eventually i just waxed and bleeched.Why don't guys shave their back or shoulders that is gross and a turn off to us too.And uuughh the hair sticking out at the collar of a nice shirt... Vewaahjolie	When some men shave there face the first few times the hair is thin and sparse. But the more they shave the more hair they get. It's the same for arms. I'm assuming from your name that you are a man, imagine going to bed with your wife or girlfriend. She had shaved her legs that morning.
