have a really decent brekkie, with loads of fruit. a half decent lunch, then a small low fat dinner, again with loads of fruit. i also found drinking Green Tea rather than coffee, kept me going more, and also as much water as you can possibly drink, cause this will kill any hunger pangs. . also try bike riding, swimming and even power walking, all with ankle/wrist weights.GOOD LUCK

THATS REALLY MEAN AND HATEFULL!!!! dont listen to those as*holes, when ur stomach growles that means ur dehidrated so drink water and choose good food. like if u think u ate enough for dinner dont get dessert, and just choose good food! good luck

eat no more thean 3 meals a day and drink lots of fluid to replace the sweat you will loose by exercising with black sacks on my sister tried it for weeks and the weight rolled off. although her weight loss slowed down eventually

Eat water melon only alternate days.Other days only vegetables(except roots,stems and potato).All fluid intake should be sugar free.Do mild exercise/swimming/cycling etc.DON'T EAT CHOCOLATES,ICE CREAMS .No alcoholic drinks and smoking.Good Luck

Anorexia and/or exercise. But I don't suggest anorexia. Eat only bread and drink only water, you should lose about pounds. Maybe more. But if you want to keep off the weight, then start eating salads without dressing and still, only drink water.

I lost 10 lbs in one week,i ate nothing that contained flour on doctors advice, i had to write down everything i ate in that week,its surprising the things that do contain flour,it worked for me .good luck.

Eat very little - a piece of fruit or a hard boiled egg 2 or 3 times a day, and drink pints and pints of water.
Losing weight quickly results in the toxins, heavy metals etc. which have been "stored" in the fat cells being released into the blood stream very quickly, resulting in a sudden strain on your liver and kidneys - give them a help by flushing them out.
A piece of fruit or a hard boiled egg at regular intervals prevents your body thinking it is a time of famine, and shutting down the burning of fat cells. Hope it works for you - a week is pretty desparate

I don't know if you are on anyother medications, but some can stop your periods. Such as the depo shot (birth control), however, I don't know if none birth control meds could do the same. Just give it time, mother nature will take its course when ready, then you will regret wanting your period.

watch ur calories don't starve urself. b active at all times. even when going to bed, do sit ups before sleeping.dinner should not b late. if u want to loss weight, the latest u could eat dinner is 7 :00 and eat breakfast

eat sensibly, breakfast ,lunch and dinner, and snack on fruit. Don't eat bread,as this bloats you up, and drink tonnes of water, as dehydration makes your body retain water if your body thinks your not drinking enough, so avoid too much salt also.

you cant try a over the counter water pill....a lot of times some access weight ( 3 or up to 5 pounds) is simply caused by the body holdin' on to access water...you also wonna maker sure you don't look weight to fast cause you will loose muscle with it and if you start to gain the weight back then fat will take place of the muscle you lost . i wish you luck and hope you choose a healthy option...love daisy

it works for me
If I want to lose weight I never eat anything after 7pm
it really works - have a good breakfast and a big lunch
then if you are hungrey at night eat an apple
if you really want to do it - YOU CAN
