Not physically or anything, but here is my logic: I want to be able to discover things about myself sexually with my partner when I get married; it's something I want to bond over. If I already know everything about myself sexually and have every single little thing figured out about what I like and don't like, what is pleasurable, etc., then I don't believe it would be as much fun later. I want to discover that area of life with my chosen life partner. Now, I do think you should know enough about yourself sexually to be healthy (e.g., what is normal for your body and what isn't, like discharges, etc.).
