Condoms can protect you from STDS, HIV and unplanned pergnancies. I work in a clinic and see people with STD's everyday.
Condoms work if used correctly. They are cheap and easy to us.

they are a barrier form of protection. Condoms prevent you from coming into contact with his bodily fluids and protect the guy from your bodily fluids. No exchange of fluids, then no pregnancy or STDS.
Some condoms advertise increased sensations etc...but really they don't come close to skin to skin.

all of the above...except herpes may still be passed on since they can effect the skin and not just the fluid. make sure to pinch the resovoir tip when you put it on.

well they help to stop both unwanted pregnacies and all stds and also they give confidence to both of you as you feel safer know this above most stds are transmitted this way and yes they are in the male seman which has the sperm in it but the comdom is a rubber/latex barrier that stops all this getting through providing you have not cheaped out and also dont use baby oil as lub cos this rots the condom

Well, they're supposed to protect you from HIV/AIDS and stuff. But you still get the sperm (sorry for my language). That's why birth control is different.

why yes, they protect both partners from unwanted pregnancies and some (not all) sexually transmitted diseases. And they make awesome water balloons. They can also be stapeled to a stick to look like a lollipop. Which is cool.

Both stds and pregnancy but they're not full proof as they can break. If I were you and I was going to have sex I would use both condoms and spermicide;which you can find at just about any drugstore.

Yes, they do protect unwanted pregnancies by preventing the sperm to get to the ovum. They also prevent STDs by blocking the transmission of mucus that may contain pathogens, viruses (HIV), etc. giving someone STD. Condoms have been known to decrease the pleasure in a guy that's why they don't want to wear it. Well, remember, one moment of pleasure can be a lifetime of resentment. Protect yourself and others. Wear a condom...ALWAYS!

They keep the guy's goop out of you, which means anything that may be inside it, like STD microbes, etc. Oh, and that means you won't get pregnant, unless there is a hole in it or it rips.

Yes, you are correct. in protection from unwanted pregnancy and STD's.
Optional uses are water balloons or fill them with air. Artists can use them and in fact a dress was made entirely of them as an art exhibit. So you can see...... you can think OUTSIDE the "box". lol
