cheonsa	each of us has different body chemistry. like my case, i feel head ache, dizzy,my breasts are harder and heavy,having some pimples and very emotional. in my case, i normally experience these signs around 10 days before my period starts. but the following 3 days before my period starts, i usually sleep a lot. feels like i didnt sleep for how many days and feel so tired.
