You so need to get in to see your doctor. If the doc can't see you then ask if you can just bring in a urine sample. The pain could be a kidney stone trying to pass, which is very painful, and if you get in soon enough to have it checked they can destroy it with lasers almost painlessly-versus you passing it which will be very painful most likely. You could just have a bladder infection, which still needs to be treated with antibiotics before it gets to the kidneys. So---go to the doctor.

You have cystitis. Drink loads of water and go to the pharmacy and buy an over the counter soluble drink called Cystem this will reduce the acidity (there are lots of different ones you can get) Buy Cranberry juice as this helps too. I would go to the doctors and get some antibiotics as if it doesn't clear up it can lead to a kidney infection. Its very common, nothing to be embarassed about. I have had it a dozen times over the past ten years. Not pleasant but easily sorted.

Bladder/ kidney issues, or kidney stones. Stones suck, from what I hear.. Also, you could have gotten something up in there, or just a urinary Tract infection. Blood in the urin isn't ever good, so I'd go to the docs, or the emergency room. I'm not too brushed up on symptoms of stds, but that is another thing to think about.
OR! It could be gall bladder issues, which isn't all that great, either. Dark urine is a sign of a lot of serious issues, and I'd suggest you get to a doc or er soon. Do you have, or in the past week, have had any pains on your right front side?

yes, it really does sound like a urinary Tract infection, or yeast infection. If you don't have medical insurance you can go to a free community clinic. There are also OTC tests.
However you will have to go to the doctor to get the proper treatment anyway, so why spend the money on OTC? There is no effective holistic treatment sorry. Although eating Mountain high yogurt without sugar, and eating Cranberry supplements might help, just run that by the doctor to so what she says.
If it is an infection of some kind it may cause you any number of problems, so get on top of this even if you have to take time off work to do it!

I'm not a girl, but I live with one.
It sounds like either a kidney infection or yeast infection. Either way, if you're not familiar with it, it's probably something to let the OBGYN check out.
Good luck.

I would say I am 99% sure you have a urinary Tract Infection
Usually caused by bacteria that has been pushed up into the urinary Tract.
Call your doctor, buy some Cranberry juice and drink lots of it and cut it with water.
Be forewarned, when your bladder is full, you won't notice the pain as much but that does NOT mean that the infection is gone. You can use Cranberry pills to help prevent a UTI, but not to treat it. Be sure you get medical attention because if untreated it can become a kidney infection and THOSE are potentially lethal.
Good luck (and I know it sucks)!

Girl, you have a UTI. Go to the doctor's and get a lil test (you just pee in a cup). Don't buy that Azo stuff because it will affect the test and they can't give you meds.
Drink Cranberry juice in the meantime.
You'll be okay. :) Just make sure you GO TO THE DOCTOR.

It's a urinary Tract infection - it's all very classic signs plus the cloudy pee. You need to drink MORE water to help flush out your kidneys, bladder and urinary Tract. Drink Cranberry juice - it raises the pH of your urine and makes it an unfriendly place for bacteria to live in. If you don't like Cranberry juice you can go to any pharmacy and get Cranberry tablets and start taking 2 of them three times a day. When the symptoms start to improve, then go to twice a day and then one pill a day until it's completely cleared up. If you don't see improvement in a day or two, call your doctor for an antibiotic, but try to resist it because the antibiotic often causes a yeast infection. UTI's often come from wiping improperly when going to the bathroom. Wiping back to front (instead of front to back) thus bringing the rear bacteria to the front and up the urinary Tract. Or by having anal sex and then vaginal sex without cleaning the penis thoroughly.

My guess would be that your dehydrated from not drinking enough and you have an infection. I had that burn sensation before and it usually went away for me in a few days. But maybe just to be on the safe side speak to a doctor, and if needed maybe a gynecologist...hope u feel better soon.

Sweety, it sounds to me like you may have a urinary Tract Infection. Here, I am attaching some information that describes the symptoms you feel. Try drinking Cranberry juice, and increase your water intake. Go so a doctor as well, because this can be serious.
INFO: For Symptoms
Not everyone with a UTI has symptoms, but most people get at least some symptoms. These may include a frequent urge to urinate and a painful, burning feeling in the area of the bladder or urethra during urination. It is not unusual to feel bad all over—tired, shaky, washed out—and to feel pain even when not urinating. Often women feel an uncomfortable pressure above the pubic bone, and some men experience a fullness in the rectum. It is common for a person with a urinary infection to complain that, despite the urge to urinate, only a small amount of urine is passed. The urine itself may look milky or cloudy, even reddish if blood is present. Normally, a UTI does not cause fever if it is in the bladder or urethra. A fever may mean that the infection has reached the kidneys. Other symptoms of a kidney infection include pain in the back or side below the ribs, nausea, or vomiting.
In children, symptoms of a urinary infection may be overlooked or attributed to another disorder. A UTI should be considered when a child or infant seems irritable, is not eating normally, has an unexplained fever that does not go away, has incontinence or loose bowels, or is not thriving. Unlike adults, children are more likely to have fever and no other symptoms. This can happen to both boys and girls. The child should be seen by a doctor if there are any questions about these symptoms, especially a change in the child's urinary pattern.
