If he didn't penetrate you isn't not rape, but he can be done for sexual assult, ABH.
The most important thing right now at this moment is that you calm down, okay, lock the door whatever- just make sure you're safe and try to calm down.
If this has just happened your not going to get this out of your head unless dealing with it, you can't ignore it and I know it will be painful having to relive what just happened but you have to tell the police so they can get the psycho and put him behind bars, so he can't hurt you OR anyone else.
I know you said you can't remember much but if the creep touched you then he'll have left his fingerprints and samples of DNA which they can identify him with, okay, but you have to do it soon whilst it's still fresh.
I went though this when I was 14 and it was pretty horrible having to tell people-the police but it was worth it.
Also, if you're under 16 then he can get done for attempted sex with a minor.

If it was against your will then its an assault on you at the very least. Tough decision what to do really unless physical evidence its hard to prove- but if there is, report it nobody should be allowed to do this to another person and how far does this idiot go next time. Do whats right. Just read ur addition too and might be cctv footage or witnesses who know him so if you cant stop thinking about it you need to face it. I wish you all the best you have stop him doing it again to another young girl.

I would call the police and file a report and also contact the rape crisis center in your city for help. This is a terrible thing to happen because you said no--call and get yourself some help.

Even if you didn't get a good look at him, you need to report the incident. You are probably not the only person this creep has assaulted. The police and the general public need to know that there's a sex criminal on the loose.
It doesn't need to be your word against his. Your report will most likely be used alongside other similar reports to prove a pattern of behavior, or a pattern of incidents in a certain area. So it's still very important. Your report may help the last victim of this man, or it may help his next victim. It will certainly help the police.

Rape is the act of having sexual intercourse with a person againts his or her will. You need to go to the authority to see what charges can be filled againts this person. Depends where you live you can charge him or her with sexual assault.

You need to either tell your parents or the police immediately, if not for yourself for the next person he could do it to.
Just don't blame yourself, not that you are - but I've heard of girls doing that in these situations. Also your not just letting it out or telling on him because he broke the law (big time), but because you can't hide. Don't let something eat you away (especially if its making you cry), deal with it now, report it.

Please tell your parents, or a school counselor, or go to the police , if it was a family member go to your school counselor and tell who it was and where it happened. They will know what authorities to contact,. The person should not get away with it, because he will do it again, maybe to you or someone else.. please don't let him get away with it...
If you talk with the police they have photos and stuff to show you that might help them catch him....maybe others will come forward if you go , please go and tell them and your parents.

I'm no expert but I would say that was a serious sexual assault.
You should tell someone - please tell your parents or phone the local police. This guy will probably have done this to other girls, so they may already have an idea what he looks like. A woman officer will speak to you and will know how to help you.

If you did that is classed as a sexual assault. and if he 'inserted' anything that is classed as sexual penetration without consent. both are illegal.
Talk to parent, or friend. or failing that I'm sure there are helplines available. maybe a school counseller (if you are at school).
Or just go straight to the police

yes it is rape, if he penetrated you in ANY way, tongue, fingers anything it's rape, otherwise is gross sexual imposition, however, if you have no recollection of what he looks like, there's not much you can do to get him.

Take a good friend/parent/family member with you to the local police station, and tell them you want to report a sexual assault. They have trained officers who can deal with this.
Good luck & don't back down. This man assaulted you - full stop. Keep your chin up and remember, no woman deserves this - report him now so that he can't do it to anyone else.

it wasn't your fault. make sure you are safe. i know it may be hard to consider, but it will be easier for you if you recieve proper help, such as counselling. there are many free, confidential services you can contact.
try your local rape crisis centre, they offer free information, support and advice. also telling your doctor may help, as they can also provide you with support lines.
dont go through this alone, it was not your fault.

I don't understand why you think the police won't catch him. If you call them and give them a description they might just be able to apprehend him. What you should do is tell your parents or call the police immediately instead of posting on Yahoo! Answers. You need to talk to someone about this and by telling your parents or the police you will get the help you need. Doing nothing is not going to make it go away.
