Lets Cut the Shy Crap Hommie	I don't see the problem as long as you are clean and you have toilet paper and the essentials. Make sure you have enough tampons/pads to last you as long as you will be gone, and make sure you have extras just incase. Don't worry you will be fine! Good luck =] Was this answer helpful to you? I mean, you might feel a bit dirty or smelly but that depends on how long you plan on camping for. lol make sure you get some sort of bath and change your pads and tampons as soon as possible, wrap them up in toilet paper and dispose of them in a way others will not have to deal with them. gnashhh	lol its really not. unless your staying on a site and are near a toilet. just kind of not the best when you wake up in the morning...need to sort urself out..and you've gotta treck to the nearest toilet or bush. never fun. plus...dont feel you cleanest when camping.. combined with the time, never good! Chr!s_iNd0	Yeah,its ok just be prepared. Exercise is good it gives you a shorter period so if you'll be walking alot or some sort of exercise go for it. Just bring enough tampons, pads, and maybe take some cramping medicine. :) Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

Terra Evans	Yeah, it's fine. There's absolutely no reason why you can't do a certain activity during your periods. With one exception-you can't go swimming unless you use a tampons. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

pudding yumm :P	if ur really nervous or dont use tampons, id say dont go cuz you'll need tampons or else you cant go swimming but if ya have no problem with that i dont see why not. just make sure you have pads,tampons, a bag to put it in, and ibprofen for cramps good luck! =D Was this answer helpful to you? welsh_kittykat	Dont see why not, although toput your mind at rest find out if there will be any toilet facilities nearby and use an old makup bag to carry your 'supplies', then you dont have to flash your tampons or pads around the campsite. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

Claire321614	It's fine just make sure to have painkillers. Like last time i was on mine i had a three day volleyball tournament and i was kinda dizzy and really uncomfortable. But it didn't affect much at all but it distracted me from my cramps the period of time while i was playing but idk how you'd feel about changing in the woods. Was this answer helpful to you? Go McCain/Palin 2008	It can be as long as you know how heavy your period is and know to change when you're supposed to. dancer14	well first off it depends on what you are comfortable with. for example i have gone bungee jumping, hiking, and camping on my period. just make sure that you have a place to wash your hands if you are going to be using tampons. a period ends a sentence not your day, so dont let it make you miss out on any fun!
