Just say that it probably wasn't you because you haven't started yet and if they already know that you have say you accidentally spilled your drink. And if you weren't drinking anything then yeah ur probably screwed. But we've all had embarrassing period stories don't worry. I had blood leak through my pants.

Don't listent ot he guys clearly they don't go through what we do. I have had my share of embarassing moments. The better option would be to tell the truth but sometimes it is too damn hard so let me give you a different route. Go back and retrieve your stuff and try not to mentiont he chair....if they ask what was truly wrong (because watering plants isn't too important) give them something better. It is not something you should do often but try it. An excuse about picking up your mom or something (if you drive) or an errand that is rather important. If they finally do ask about the chair just tell them it was there when you arrived but that it looks like ____ --you can make that part up and then just give them the name of a cleaner or something you can get at walmart that would probably make the stain come up! LOL. Good luck.

hey its okay. maybe you could tell your friend, so she can hurry and help you clean it off before any1 notices. I'm almost positive that it wouldn't have been her first time to do that either. but if your flow is really heavy next time, try wearing a heavy flow pad or maybe even a nighttime pad. i have went out on my couch before. lol. but it was small and no one noticed. if nothing else, just go there, grab your stuff quickly and tell your friend that you will talk to her later cuz your mom is getting mad that you haven't done your chores.

Do you have an popcicles? If you do, find a red one and go over eating it, and sit on the same chair. When you get up you can say that you must have dripped;sorry. Hope it helps!

Just say you spilled something, and if they don't believe it, then you should have nothing to worry about because it was completely natural. That's happened to me before, only I bled on a chair at a JOB INTERVIEW! I know, embarrassing times 10.
But don't worry about it, just act like nothings wrong. Or while nobody is in the room, switch the sides of the chair cushions, if they have them!

wow...ok... blame the clothes change on a juice spill... then pretend that you are scared your going to get in major trouble because it spilled on the carpet at home and your rents are going to kill you... tell your friends this when you go back to get your stuff... ask for suggestions to get the stains out... they will be so busy trying to help you figure out what will work that they won't pay much attention to the stains you left in the chair... and also to reduce the accusation... tell them to use the suggestions they give you on the chair to see if it works.. you can say it looks like someone spilled juice the same color on it... Hope it works out well for you

Please listen my opinion is being embarrassed is a lot worse then what your friend is going to think if you do not apologize. You should check every hour if really bad check every half hour when having your time of the month your oh and make sure you mention to your Dr. about the heavy flow it can be a indication of other problems. get specific like how much flow in what amount of time with your Dr.

Talk to your friend alone and offer to pay for a new chair. If other people are there wait untill they go and confront your friend alone. My friend at school got her's at school wearing white pants talk about bad! She lived through the whole day you can do this!!! No one will probley noticed it unless they decided to do chair inspections! I feel for you! If she's a good friend they you two will probley just laught the whole thing out! Add in some jokes and tada problem solved! However this is easyer said then done so good luck!

Well...if you are younger and they dont know you have your period you can just be like I dont have my period yet...if she notices the stain. Or if she asks about it, just say I dont have mine now...Or you could always just say I didnt sit there. This really all depends on how good a liar you are:P

Awh don't worry about it. It happens to us chickies all the time.
Just tell her your super embarassed and to please not tell any body, and that you'll clean it.
Then crack a joke or something about it, because nothing's worth being embarrassed about, because you'll probably just end up laughing about it later.

Look at it in perspective...nobody died and things can be cleaned. Call her and explain, ask her to cover for you, repair/clean up the chairs and laugh about it over a margarita with her later...assuming you are old enough to drink! Otherwise, just laugh.

And if this is a male and you have met the parents go to mom I'm sure she has had a moment like this she will understand. Just tell the truth to your friend. Your friend is a girl, right? She'll understand. Tell her your sorry, but your flow was just heavy & that you'll help her clean the chair off.. or wash it down or whatever. Don't be embarrassed. Everyone goes through something like this. One time I was on medicine for constipation and I pooped on my self at school in 2nd grade.. I was so screwed! But yours is totally different. Just explain to ur friend what happened. You should just tell the truth, it's the best way out. Also, your situation is not your fault, it's natural. You can't control your body and they should understand that. If they don't understand, offer to make it up to them! Simple as that!

just let em know what happened if you really wanna make it right you can offer to pay for the chairs but if it's not very noticable i doubt they'll be too upset cause it's just one of those things you can't really control. Also you depending on what the chairs are made of you may be able to clean em.

It's all part of life.....most likely they did not see it. When I was young I had on white shorts, big tom-boy I was....I was outside playing ball with a bunch of guys from the neighborhood...all of a sudden one of them said "hey I think you have a problem, you better go to the bathroom"....I was so embarrassed, but I went back outside like nothing had happened and someone said "is everything ok" I said "hey that's life" and we finished the game...no one ever mentioned it again. I did not want them to know how embarrassed I was and it worked, otherwise they would have teased me for a long time.

Awww sweetie, every woman has gone through a horrible thing like this before. How much do you trust this friend? I once bled through my jeans as i was rehearsing a school play and the girl who spotted it didnt tell anybody and we weren't friends. Most women will understand so my advice is to act as if nothings happened and (if your a REALLY good liar) even point out the stain to take away the scent off you. If she has noticed however, just apologize and tell her how heavy you are and just ask her not to tell anybody, most women will understand as, like i've said, many (if not most) have gone through something like this. This isnt your fault and your not alone. Trust me, you'll probably laugh at it when your older.

yeah, play it off lovely...just go in and be like, "yeah man, those plants almost died, but i saved em'...then go into how you love plants etc....then wait for the perfect time, and try to be in that room alone, so you could flip the cusions, before anyone sees it,.
