Karen P	Is your period due in the next week or two? I get awful nipple pain up to 2 weeks before my period is due but also it is likely that, because of your age (I'm 17 and know from experience) that your breasts are not yet fully developed and therefore the pain you are feeling is probably due to growth (even if it is slight) and maturation. Cailz	Your nipples could be sore because of your bra rubbing or the soap you use, Have you tried using a mosturiser to get rid of the dry and sore skin, if not, i strongly recommend Avent nipple cream it is a mosturiser just for circumstances like this normally for during pregnancy but it can be used anytime.
