PlNk pEaRlS	I don't understand the obsession with wearing a thong........ Wear whatever underwear work best for your clothes. Since you go to a school that requires you to wear uniforms (Catholic schools are usually plad, pleated skirts), you don't need to wear one. Ket C	Sweetheart, no one cares what underwear you wear except maybe your mother. No one is going to randomly search under your skirt and penalize you for your underwear. As for sharing with your sister, it's not that big of a deal as long as you WASH it i mean...yeah you don't want to get an infection. confused me	Thongs are only meant for when you are wearing tight outfits that are going to show your underwear line, if you dont want people to see your underwear line, thats when you wear them, since you go to a catholic shool, I am guessing you wear a uniform and they are not tight at all instead very loose that you cant even see the line of your underwear therefore dont wear them. ssbb1323	Well the thing about thongs is that you have to look at them from a womens perspective. Thongs camoflauge panty lines when you ware tight pants, or a thin fabric. They also are to atleast me more comfortable than the traditional panties. I think that instead of borrowing them from your sister, ask your mom and talk to it with her. If she isnt the type to talk about stuff like that, then ask your sister. She will most likely help you. If you ware the right size thong, and dont go parading around with your underware hanging out, I dont think the school or public thing would be an issue. Girls that ware thongs are not skanks. chocolate luver	I think if you want to start wearing a thong, go for it. Its your business. I don't believe any catholic school teacher will reprimand you for your underwear choice. Knowing Catholic school teachers, they will probably be accepting, for it is part of the religion. If someone accidentally sees it on you, then what is the worst that could happen? you won't look like a skank. I know so many 14 yr olds in my school who wear far worse than a thong. Lastly, I would not suggest borrowing from your sister. I would buy some of your own instead. I would tell your mom what you are planning on doing and if she really does not accept it and you still really wanna wear one, then buy some of your own and say they are your sisters. honestly, i don't think underwear choice is a huge deal.
