That hair is naturally there to block out bacteria, but your body already controls and regulates that for you. It's probably going to be a lot more comfortable for you if you shave it properly or trim it. If you don't do this, you might start to get an unpleasant smell and nobody wants that. So try it if you know what your doing! Be careful!

Shaving it all the way off is WAY more comfortable. trimming is just taking a little off the side it makes no difference as far as comfort goes. I wouldn't use nair down there because it's to strong and thats a sensitive area. I would deff. go with shaving. :) Hope I helped.

I personally find shaving more comfortable, but it is very easy to get shaving rash as the area is so sensitive. You can leave hair on if you like but this wont make any difference to the level of comfort (as you still risk shaving rash). As long as you use a good razor and a good shaving cream you should be able to avoid shaving rash.
If you think shaving would be more comfortable, you may aswell try it. You dont know how sensitive your skin is until you give it a go.

it does make it more comfy to trim and most people usually just leave a strip down the center and concentrate on the bikini line part when they shave, its personally preference, no one comes along and says you've don't it wrong so do it however you want!
just make sure if you do shave you shave in a downwards direction otherwise you might get a bit of a rash but even if you do it wont last long and if you mousturise it will go

Ok! I prefer to shave the whole thing. Its neater and easier. I would not use nair because you might react weird and get bumps and thats uncomfortable!
-make sure area is wet
- Shave everything with a razor (they actually make small razors just for this!)
- once done; moisturize!

Kay well I use an epilator and even though it is really painful it is so worth it. Most guys like it completely off. My boyfriend says it's smooth and kissable haha. He likes it.

I find it more comfortable to shave it all off, however if you trim it, grab a comb and some scissors, and trim it to about one cm long.
Do not use Nair, the vaginal tissue is too sensitive for those chemicals. And you will most likely end up with some sort of really itchy irritation.

It's really all a personal matter of preference, but if you do shave, you have to be very tidy about it. It will itch for a day and then you'll be used to it as long as you keep up with it, (this applies whether you go brazilian aka bald or if you just shave a little off the sides). If you trim the hair with a scissor the ends of the hair get sharp. Or they do in my opinion, and they get irritating till they grow out a bit softer again. If you use nair you have to be very careful about how long you leave it on and where you put it etc. and so forth.
My advice, experiment with the shaver first, SLOWLY and find what you're comfortable with, and stick to it.

I shave just around the part closest to the leg openings in my underwear. you should leave as much on as possible because when it grows back it is ITCHY. i would say to trim everywhere down to about half an inch long. DO NOT use nair. it hurts super bad

Don't shave it itches like crazy trust me, especially if you don't feel the need to, but you can trim. When they trim its close cut but not off. Nair does not work well, its painful and messy!

well, if you shave it totally off, you have to upkeep. just like leg hair it starts growing back in and that's not comfortable. some people leave some hair on, that's a matter of appearance. when trimming, it can be at all different lengths, usually very close however. you say you don't to use chemicals, but that is what Nair is. read the bottle for that, but i don't think you can use it on that part of the body. but i'm not sure. hope i helped!

Nair = NOT ON PUBES. It can give you an infection and will burn really bad.
If you trim, do it yourself and you can use sissors lol, just trim as much as you want, shaving is usually completely, but some people like 'landing strips'
Its comfortable because then you dont get pubes pulled by your clothes, but when it grows back it itches.

Wow, that's personal, I read in a magazine that a majority of men found pubic hair arousing, if I were active in sexual intercourse with my spouse, I'm speaking hypothetically, of course, I would gather up all my being and ask him about his perferences toward that...subject. But you're right appearance doesn't matter about it but I have no idea if it's more comfortable, I imagine it would be, if it were me I would just trim it, speaking hypothetically, of course.

Everyone is different. Some people are prone to ingrown hairs so shaving is sometimes no good for them. Nair is OK just be careful that's sensitive stuff down there.
In regards to shaving Obviously the bikini line, Just trim so the main part is neat and kempt looking. Shaving the under part makes you feel fresher during your cycle (So I'm told).

I usually try and wax totally bare, but shaving with a very sharp razor (no razor burn!), and thick shaving cream works great. You get a close shave, and yes, it's fantastic! I'm not dating anyone, but I still shave. I think it feels more comfortable anyway. But hey, try it and if you hate it, it'll grow back!!

When I trim I trim to the skin, but not so it's bare. I find there to be no difference in comfort when you do or do not shave. However, it can be a little itchy when they start to grow back.
To get rid of the hair, I use Sally Hansen's Hair Removal spray. It's pretty affordable, it doesn't hurt, it's not tested on animals (which is important to me), and it doesn't take THAT long.
I like it cause it makes me feel clean and sexy. Whatever you like though, don't let anyone push you.

when u shave, leave hair on
or take it all of
or make a heart
it doesnt matter!!
same with trimming, just cut it the level u like best.
nair suxxxx. soo bad. i used it one my pits. i sat there for seven minutes with my arms up, just enjoying the chemical smell it gives off that resembles sewers, and when i wiped the goo off, the hair seemed to have grown darker as well as thicker, but no shorter. also left me with pain for a while not good!! i would not recommend any chemical hair remover...they are a messy smelly pain!!
i personally dont shave down there, i trim.
well, i shave in the summer or when i go swimming, but you have to every time you take a shower or else it grows back and makes you itch something horrible!
hopeihelped=))
