Don't be nervous around him, and you won't tense up.
With the dryness, after he gets in there for a while, you'll become wet, but he either needs to
A) do some foreplay to get you aroused so you become wet.
B) Slowly continue to try to stick it in until you're wet enough for it to completely go in.
C) use lube, or just wet your hand with spit or something.
Good luck!

Yeah it's easy to say lubrication...but foreplay is crucial. Hold out and play coy for as long as you can, until your not only going crazy...but your also comfortable.
Sex should not be a chore and if it is, you probably have some issues to work out.

Sounds like you're not fully into it mentally, you gotta be with someone who makes you comfortable and relax. Ask for more foreplay to help your body lubricate naturally too.
You can also use a lube. If you're not comfortable getting one from an adult store just use an over the counter lube, even just female 'moisturizer' like Vagisil is fine. Just make sure the lube you get is water soluble, so it won't cause a condom to break.

Your not ready and should wait till your married you know you can get sexually transmitted diseases like that and he can to and when your married you won't be a virgin and the guy that you marry will be angry.
Think twice about this if you don't want to be scarred for life

woooow...why the hell did he say your friends name....i wouldnt advise you to even have sex with him!!!
anyway...you are probably nervous - maybe your not ready to have sex with him. If you feel you are try lubricant - but not ooil based like vaseline if you are using condoms. If condoms are the problem you might be sensitive to latex.
If all these are not the problem it might be vaginismus. Look at wikipedia and see if you match....if so consult your doctor :D hope this helps

use lubrication like KY jelly....if you cant get your hands on that then try some vaseline or oil....but relax during it, enjoy it and let yourself go...you'll be well lubricated

A lubricant and RELAX !!
If you are tense or scared...then your muscles tense up...hence..difficulty engaging in intercourse...
Maybe you're not ready for it...?

I would definitely talk about the 'mentioning the friends name' thing.
Is this someone he mentioned wanting to have sex with?
Unresolved issues...do not bring them into the bedroom, they will cause all kinds of problems.
Talk about it until it is resolved, at least in your mind.
Good luck sweetie.
