It totally depends on the guy. Some guys like to so they can fantasize your a virgin and popping your cherry. Most guys don't want to, the blood is a whole different kind of vaginal mosture than sexual arousal one.

often when menstruating it can be a time where women feel horny.
if you want to and your partner does then what you do in private is up to you
as long as your both consenting and want to do it equally... then its down to you and your personal preference.
if you don't want to but your partner does... then don't do it
hope my answer helps (probably telling you what you already know deep down)

It depends on why or for what you are asking the question. For health or for pregnancy or for the heck of it? Overall, for the heck of it, its ok to have sex while you are menstruating, besides the mess of it all.

MEDICALLY speaking, while in a monogamous relationship without risk of STD's, there is absolutely NO REASON to avoid sex during a period.
It is strictly based on personal preference.
My husband and I have sex on my period.
In other countries, it is actually not really taboo at all, women just place a towel down and enjoy their sexuality.

you can have a sexual relation when you have your period, there is nothing wrong with that.some women are more sensitive during their period, and having sex then could be really good. it's really up to you and how you feel when you have your period. i recommend you to wear a condom or have sex in the shower or in bath... because you don't want to stain your sheets.

What ever you prefer is up to you .
Its only peoples personal opinion that say its wrong no sure why , the only reason for abstinence would be either religous for some its deemed unclean , for obvious reasons it can be a bit sore if you rhaving a stomach ache or something , but to be honest its sounds bad cos society makes us feel its bad, however it never did us any harm ( weve been together 20 years!)
I guess things to take into account might be safe sex form that point of view if you exclusive or not etc etc, have you been together a long time with regard to knowledge of previous partners, otherwise it s upto you .
If you like the idea , and he does then never mind what anyone else thinks,if your worried just have a shower together afterwrads or something...lol
good luck what ever you choose

Its all down to personal preference of you and your partner, if you want to have sex during menstruation all well and good if you prefer not to that is OK too.
You could make in the bath then it is easier to wash away any fluids that would soil a towel

It's perfectly fine. I actually did research on this and wrote about it in my sex blog at http://datcurious.com and sex during your period is perfectly safe. It's not unhygenic, whatever you may think, sex can also help with the menstruation pains that some women get... I hope this helps and hopefully you get a chance to read my sex blog cause again, I did write about this topic.
Oh, don't you might not want to read the Funny Sex Story regarding this topic either... well, feel free, you'll have a balanced and unbiased opinion.

You get everyones preferences on this question but there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with having sex while you are on, in fact im gagging for it when im on! Some women are embarressed to do it,thats why youve got so many 'yuks' on here, frigid is what you call them, experiment, see if it does it for you,but if you othr half doent have a problem doing it then i highly recommend it,i love it!!

It is harmless and commonly takes place if both partners are comfortable with it. Some women indeed experience raised libido at this time of the month!

I assume you mean is it a good idea during that time?
If so, I've asked quite a few of my female friends over the years about this and there seems to be mixed responses from "most definitely yes as I get better orgasms" to "nah, too painful".
From a medical point of view there shouldn't be any problems normally. Just well, a bit messy. Oh and don't whatever you do use it to prevent pregnancy - it doesn't always work.
Oh erm....just don't expect him or her to give you oral, unless they have some very strange fetishes! :)

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR QUESTION AT ALL!!! Forget those people. Before I discovered a little secret I would NEVER have sex while I period. Because come on it is a little yucky. Unless you are just barely bleeding then that would be okay. But now I have sex if I have my period. I try not to but sometimes with people schedules it's the only time I'm going to get any if I don't do right then.
So what I do is I use the Today sponge, it's a contraceptive sponge that you insert into your vagina. The first time you see one you'll be like "is this going to fit". But I use it during my period because first of all the chances of me getting pregnant during my period are pretty slim and second because I'm on my period I'm not going to leave it in the 12hrs or whatever they recommend.
You put water on it to activate it and it gets even bigger. I don't add a lot of water just enough to get it foamy to start the activation of the spermicide I don't want that much water in it because I need it soak up and stop the bleeding. And your partner can't even feel it. Just read the instructions and try one at home alone when you are not under pressure to get it in and to make sure you aren't allergic to the spermacide.
The packaging says not to use it on your period but I do and so do a lot of my friends now since I told them about it. Because you are on your period you are going to take it out within and hour or two, it's kinda yucky but worth it. You could actually take it out right away but I'm a little superstitious and leave it in for at least an hour. But no more. If you are bleeding heavily though you might have to take it out right away. You can use either a pad or tampon before you put in another one, personal choice. Rock on!!!

No its OK, ignore the ignorant ones on here! Its enjoyable and can help relieve cramps for a girl anyways. I sure enjoy it, its great, the extra lubrication from the menstrual flow in the vagina!
There's no chance of disease either, so the people who say that are wrong and don't know what they are talking about either.

its actually recommended if you suffer from period pain because an orgasm can stimulate your insides and remove the pain. Lay a towel down tho!!
