Ooo Lala	Hahahahaha. Yes it is....I just know. Even though I got my period when I was 11 and wore a B cup. But some of my friends are "flat" or "flat-ish" and they got their periods. The puberty and the menstrual cycle are genetically and hormonally determined and different girls can have different development.
