Just stop eating. If you're worried about your weight, it's probably because you're fat. Don't listen to anyone else, they don't know what they're talking about. Of course, you could die from not eating... but hey, it'd be worth it anyway right?

if you donot feel insecure about your weight then forget about your friends comments, they are not you . if you weigh 104lbs it doesnt mean you have a problem (hopefully) you are skinny and its great alot of girls wish they had yoru weight trust me

Unless you're like three feet tall, then you're skinny. You may feel "solid" to you, but to the people who are tossing you (and who are probably stronger and bigger than you, and have several people lifting you at a time), you seem light as a feather.
If you don't believe me, google the words "body mass index calculator" and check the national averages for girls of your age and height.

hun you are fine.i am a cheerleader too and it dosnt really matter your weight as long as your happy you no.but to be honest with you youmare perfectly fine. and if you are not happy with yourself, think of all the good things that comes out of it like being able to fly and pole scorps, heel strteches, and do all of the other cool stunts you do if you are a flyer. and maybe talk to your docter on a healthy way to gain just a little weight. good luck!!

Don't worry, just use the good ol' Pseudo-psychology. Just think to yourself "Don't worry, I'm as light as a feather". Trust me, its just our inner conscience trying to fool ourselves to beleive silly things. For instance, If you feel a cold going on, just think to yourself"I'm not sick, everything will be fine..." even though that this works in some cases.

You may not feel like a feather, but you must realize that worrying about your weight isn't normal. You should see a counselor to help you understand your throughts. It sounds like you have body dysmorphic disorder, where you see your body as undesirable, while others see it differently.

At this point, you might want to ask yourself, is there ANYONE who you would believe if they said you weren't fat? If there isn't anyone, then you might start consciously changing your thought pattern. You'll have to do a reality check fairly frequently as you catch yourself thinking you are fat. If you starting thinking, I'm fat, then start thinking about something else. Don't swell, that is a lovely way to become obsessed!
On the other hand, if there is someone you would believe, go get their opinion, otherwise, no matter how many people tell you, you aren't going to believe it. Good luck and even models feel fat, trust me!

Uhm, A smart thing to do is not to listen to other people.
I weigh 96 pounds and everyone tells me I`m too skinny, but I know I`m not,
Because I eat healthy.
So as long as you eat right there really isn`t much to worry about.

If you are eating healthy and sensibly, over 1,800 calories a day, let them. You may be one of the blessed ones with a tiny frame and no fat.
Just to make sure you are not under nourished, go to your trainer and ask her to do a BMI calculation to see if you are within the recommended ranges for your height.

You have body image issues. Talk to a psychiatrist or your family doctor quick! This could turn into an eating disorder such as bulimia or anorexia. Believe me you are tiny! I weigh 123 and people tell me I am a feather. Just love yourself and have confidence. You are not fat!

How about, just eating? It's all in your mind. You're underweight I imagine and because of that it's bad for your health. Start eating more carbohydrates and protein. If you have a metabolism problem. Take supplements to decrease it OR drink Whey protein shakes in order to help put more weight on you.
