What you are describing is a violation of school policy, clearly, and also, it is quite illegal. It is a matter for school officials and the police.

This so stupid, some guys are so irresponsible and need to get a life. changing schools is not an option because my school went through a stage of that. tell the teacher if she doesn't do anything about it go to the principle and place a complaint. this is not ON!!!!!!!!!

Oh my god, that's sexual harrassment, and no girl should have to worry about losing her pants at school!! You talk like this is a 'normal' thing that happens in school, but you should know that it's not funny or OK in any way at all! Your body is your property, and nobody has the right to touch you, let alone disrobe you without your consent. Someone should be telling the school officials about this so that the boys who are doing it can be set straight. Go straight to the pe teacher, and if they won't do anything, tell your parents, and they can deal with this. It's NOT ok, and ALL boys need to be taught this so that they don't grow up to be rapists. Girls also need to take it seriously, and tell someone when this happens to them, instead of worrying about them seeing your pad or tampon!! They shouldn't be touching ANYONE without consent!!

Talk to your teacher a.s.a.p!!!! If one of those little pants pulling bastards come near you then you whack them in the nuts so hard and if you can't hit their nuts then knock them in the nose. Both will cause alot of pain and make them think twice about messing with you.

I can't believe that this is allowed at all - where are the teachers/supervision? Besides that - casting your embarrassment aside - they will feel very embarrassed themselves seeing that - tell them that it takes an adult minded person to have their monthlies, it takes an immature brat to pull down pants - perhaps they should go back to pre-school, but I doubt that that is even done there.

Well, if your teachers aren't going to do anything about it (which they're required by law to do), then call the cops (through your parents- you need to notify your mom and/or dad).
Or, wait for them to do it and kick them in the nuts for it- really go to town on someone and make an example out of him. This will discourage further attempts from others.

I would recommend telling the teacher! If you really are worried about this, it's not like they'll get your underwear too right? Wear tight underwear and a tampon, you should be fine. If you are worried about the string, trim it down a little *JUST A LITTLE* and if they see it say "It's our own fault- you pants'd me and by NOW you should know that girls menstruate, you pig!"

You need to report their actions to the teacher and/or the deans. This may seem like silly school-yard horseplay, but it is sexual harassment and even sexual assualt. What they are doing is cruel and outrageous - what starts as "pantsing" now can turn into gang rape in a few years if they don't learn boundaries.
You should also learn to defend yourself. If one of these guys get anywear near you, lash out with your foot and kick them. In the crotch, if you really need to get your message across. Remind them that they need to respect your personal space if they want you to not cause serious pain to theirs.
Also, try wearing tight-fitting biker shorts under your PE shorts. It would be much harder for them to pull those down as well, and give you plenty of time to defend yourself.

Why is the school allowing this? This is bullying and should be stopped. You do not need to be embarrassed because they see a pad -- that's why they should grow up and act right in the first place. If the teacher is walking ahead, then someone needs to tell him/her to have the boys walk ahead of the girls so this does not occur. It will mean someone stepping up and speaking out about what the boys are doing. Save yourself and other girls embarrassment and tell the teacher yourself. There are rules at schools about boys sexually harrasing girls and that is exactly what they are doing to ya'll.
